Brilliant service. Katy showed me around my property and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Moving into the property and processing of documents was very smooth. She was very knowledgable about the surrounding area and the team have always replied swiftly with any queries I had. Renewing the contract for the property was a breeze. The flat was immaculate when I moved in. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

NIGHTMARE MOVE.Awful, rude staff, awful communication. The worst service I have ever received moving into a flat having used agencies for flats in London, Bristol and Cardiff this is by far the WORST EXPEREINCE I have ever had with moving house. Made the whole move a nightmare.

We had a great experience overall with Kingsdene over the course of three years. Mainly as our appointed property manager, Catherine Payne, was so amazing. She ensured all our needs were catered to throughout our time with Kingsdene, and t made our moving-out process as seamless as possible.

GoogleABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I have never had such an awful and painful process. I have rented in London, Cardiff and Bristol and NEVER had such an awful experience. Totally overshadowed our move and caused constant stress for over 2 months.
