Special shout out to Jonathan for going above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible, not forgetting to mention the offers I received where way above asking price! Chloe was a credit to Keenans with all her help and support. It was stressful at times but we got there in the end and she informed us of what was happening all the way. This was not the easiest thing I've had to do in selling my parents house but Chloe took it all in her stride. Pushing the solicitors to get a move on. Thanks Chloe.

Keenan's have been exceptional with the sale of our house. Jay has kept us up to date at all times and they were really helpful with the viewings as sometimes my job can mean I'm not available to do them myself. Jay and his team have been thoroughly professional since the start and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys.

I would avoid dealing with keenans for buying or selling. Our personal experience is they are liers/withhold information. I Won't go into detail but i feel they are very untrustworthy and when i wrote a complaint email, they could not get their story straight and

I just had to leave a review for Jack today from Keenan's in Clitheroe. We have developed a friendly relationship over several house sales. He is always polite, generous and helpful and is a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't use any other estate agents for selling my house, the service is unrivalled (if only our Doctors receptionist was as nice! ) Thanks Jack :)

Little disappointed at the start as we had viewers coming round who were not in a position to buy, one hadn’t even got their house up for sale! Once we had accepted an offer, Liam was our only contact with Keenans, he did his best to keep the sale progressing despite a few difficulties which caused significant delays. Liam was always polite, personable and keen.

Started off badly a couple of the team quite abrupt which put me off. Got a call back from Jonathan things started to improve. Got what I would call harassed trying to get my solicitor to hurry up!!!! Bearing in mind we were right on schedule. Tried to get a final inspection but was told by Luke they were too busy!! Kieran took over very pleasant professional and the others could take a leaf out of his book. I felt once everything was going through the after care was non existent just onto the next sale. Would not use this estate agent if selling.

Absolutely over the moon with the service we received from Keenans during both the sale and purchase of our property.I mainly dealt with Sam,Gemma and Chloe who were all so helpful, knowledgable and friendly.I would definately recommend anyone use Keenans as they got us exaxtly what we wanted for house and kept us up to date at all times!

One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOOI have tried to reply direct - Cree has already called me for further feedback following my review - I have made it clear where the issues lay and cannot be more clearer. I understand that it’s a very busy period for estate agents but felt like I had to do a lot of the chasing, I was constantly given conflicting information. By all means if you wish to discuss anything further please do let me know.

When Simon came round to value our house, he was not only professional, he was also very reassuring, he pointed out all the good selling points in our home, and advised how to highlight them, and he assured us they would take care of everything, from taking pictures, to arranging viewings, and showing possible buyers around, once the house was live on the website, and viewings were booked the house sold within 24 hours! And right up to the date of completion, keenans kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale, making the whole experience smooth and hassle free, I'd definitely recommend keenans to anyone wanting to sell their house, truly professional service

James Brooking and all the team at the Rawtenstall branch have been absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our dream house. Polite, friendly and pro-active in every way. He has given help and advice throughout what can be quite a stressful process and explained everything to us in great detail. If they couldn’t give us a answer there and then they would update us to say why and also a timescale of when they’ll be able too do so. If James wasn’t available everyone else in the office was able to update us as they all seemed to know what was going on. Communication is key in situations like this and this is where James has excelled. We’ve been that impressed with the service that we’ve decided to rent our property through Keenans as well. From the moment I spoke to Keenan's to the end of the sale every member of staff were wonderful Sam, Paul, Lauren and Kieran. I'm a widow so it was a bit overwhelming selling my home, but I honestly can say the experience I had from Keenan's, the service ,marketing, communication was impeccable. I'd recommend them to anyone selling their home.
