They are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.

Fantastic experience throughout the whole process with Keenans. Continuous support from James and a quick, efficient process. Photos and advert are above the quality of other local estate agents. Usually, they cancel confirmed appointments without notice, telling the property is not available any longer.Do not trust them and check many times online if the property to rent/for sale is still showing - and if it is the same!Avoid this agency

I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Terrible agents Was told I’d had three viewings in a week ..... but they didn’t have a key ! When pressed said two hadn’t showed up and one didn’t like it from the outside . Then another supposed viewing ..... no appointment booked So in short not to be trusted
