Would highly recommend Keenans Estate agents! Liam who handled the purchase of our property was amazing, he gave us regular updates and chased the lawyers to get everything over the line. I hope his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by his team and bosses as it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by his clients, huge thanks again Liam you went above and beyond and we are so grateful of your hard work.

They are not well organised and fully trained to do that job. I had few viewing of some properties based at Burnley with them .Finally I liked one of them and was going to rent it. I spoke to KEENANS ESTATE AGENT to sort out that , a lady who’s answered me said “ we need to talk to the landlord and will let you know “ . Although that scenario was a bit ridiculous but I accepted. THEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM AND WHENEVER TRYING TO CONTACT THEIR NUMBER NO ONE ANSWER. Poor service!!Do not waste your time with them please.

If I could give 0 stars I would! What an absolute shambles of an 'Estate agent' nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing. If you're lucky enough to speak to somebody (or unlucky enough) don't expect literally any level of competence or customer service. 'Manger' doesn't care if sales fall through, Sales progression have no idea where sales are up to, and negotiators couldn't negotiate a p!ss up in a brewery.

She she been there to discuss properties and help me with my purchase. Richard has viewed a number of properties with me and given me a variety of information in relation to each unique home. The communication was always excellent and we were able to talk to a designated sales person whenever we needed to. I felt like we received a personalised service and we were always treated professionally.

Ella in particular has been most helpful, phoning on a regular basis whenever there's an update and often just to check in and make sure we were ok with the process and answer any questions we had. Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

Everyone at the Burnley branch have been so lovely so far, from the first valuation appointment with Louis to the correspondence with the office which has been very friendly and helpful. Selling my house has been very smooth sailing so far. I didn't want to do my own viewings so Jack took control and the house was sold within a week.
