Very disappointing experience. We felt we were given misleading advice and encouraged into a bidding war for the property. When we challenged the way competing bids were being solicited, we were then told the property was ours. Weeks later, and only shortly before our existing tenancy was due to end, they pulled out of the agreement, leaving us in an extremely difficult position.

Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow- Theo OrrI have recently successfully completed the sale of my house and upgraded into my dream home, in particularly challenging market conditions, due to the expert guidance and support of Theo Orr at Jordan Fishwick. Theo's professionalism and continuous determination to finalise the deal is the reason for the success , and in my opinion he acts both as an Estate Agent and Project Manager, ensuring that both ends of the chain conclude successfully. I think he will progress to the top.The other aspect which I noted regarding Theo is you can tell that be really cares about the clients which he works with.He also works closely with an individual called Richard Peck who again provided excellent service and they are lead by a man called Guy Grainer who is very well established across the Cheshire market. I will be recommending to all of my friends and colleagues in Wilmslow, when the time comes and they are seeking a house purchase, that they reach out to Theo.Fantastic job 👏 Rob Byrom

I rent my property through Jordan Fishwick. Yasmine is the lettings manager and she has been incredible! I’ve had some really bad experiences with letting out my property in the past and Yasmine makes sure she puts my mind at ease, is always willing to go over anything and has been absolutely fantastic. So far so good!!

GoogleVery poor and unprofessional service. Looking to rent a property in Manchester. I live 3 hours away currently. Managed to get a viewing, and on the morning I was advised via email to reply if I wasn’t able to attend the viewing. By midday I received another email stating I needed to call in to confirm my attendance, which I did. 15 minutes before my agreed time of meeting I was called to say they did not have the keys and would need to reschedule. Something that could have been told to me at 9am. Very poor service. Wasted my time.
I am sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as we wished, I have checked the property and the tenant who was supposed to be in, didn't leavce the keys as agreed, hence the late reply. GoogleBuying a house is a stressful experience at the best of times, especially when things don’t go your way. We recently purchased via Jordan Fishwick and I can’t speak highly enough of How fantastic Stewart and the team have been. There’s been a few bumps in the road as his ordinary (solicitors, etc) but they have always been amazing, they care both about buyer and seller, keep up pace and provide support where needed, always with a positive attitude! When the time comes for our next move will 100% be using Jordan Fishwick!

I was moved in quickly during the Christmas period by Jack and I was assigned Joely Brooks as my agent. From start to finish Joely was always quick to reply and helpful. My flat was maintained and checked by quality contractors throughout my tenancy and they worked around my work schedule. Joely Brooks helped me through the exit process smoothly and fairly and have my full deposit back within 3 working days . From my personal experience I would recommend Jordan Fishwick as an estate agent for myself or others. Thankyou for a smooth and pleasant tenancy especially Jack and Joely brooks.

I made 5 calls to try and get a viewing and only on the fifth call I made, they informed me that an offer had been miraculously received and taken off the market. Not impressed.

GoogleWe recently had such a healthy and positive experience with the team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. From Harry and Josh’s initial visit, valuation, Dan’s photo taking photo taking, and preparing the house to go on the market, to all the behind the scenes work once we had secured a (wonderful!) buyer. We found the team flexible, and able to work outside the box with us, as we were able to do a viewing with our buyer ourselves, when bank holidays and busyness was delaying getting a viewing appointment in the office diary. Jordan & Fishwick Chorlton came highly recommended to us from a new neighbour’s prior experience. We’re so glad we listened to that recommendation. It helped make the very real stress of buying and selling easier to live with. A special mention needs to go to Maura, the office Manager - what a star! Always attentive to our, and the buyers situation. Chasing up legal teams as needed, bringing ease to those tough moments when things feel precarious, and basically getting the job done. We had to navigate many obstacles from our mortgage provider and solicitors but his communication between ourselves and the vendor made a stressful situation so much more manageable, so we could work through them!
