Explained the process (I was a first time seller) and were exceptional when my buyer pulled out due to mortgage issues; my flat was delisted the very same day and the efficiency of Hills staff meant that I didn’t have to pull out of my onward purchase.

FacebookTo anyone selling their house I would highly recommend HILLS. RESIDENTIAL. After two agents got nowhere Hills put the board up on Wednesday 25 June. I had my first viewing on the following Saturday (and seven more viewers every day up to Friday 3 June) and the first couple who viewed are buying my house. Two words about Hills bloody marvellous!

We have just gone through one almighty drawn out house sale process but Hills chased and chased our buyers solicitor when we didn't have the energy or inclination at times.
