GoogleWe had an unfortunate experience with a letting agency that failed to address our concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Over the course of several weeks, our flat endured persistent flooding, resulting in extensive damage to our belongings, including valuable items and clothing that were tainted by sewage. Regrettably, the agency exhibited a lack of responsiveness and actively evaded taking appropriate actions to rectify the situation. As a result, we endured significant mental and physical distress, exacerbated by the unavailability of habitable rooms due to the absence of carpeting and the presence of sewage. Disturbingly, the agency neglected to provide an emergency contact number, leaving us to seek assistance from neighboring residents. The overall experience was highly traumatic for both of us, and thus, we regretfully advise others to exercise caution when considering engaging with this particular agency.

GoogleI recently had a viewing with McKayla for a rental flat in Manchester. She was very professional, helpful and efficient. She presented my offer very quickly to the landlord and was accommodating in following up with next steps. Hopefully I will secure the flat, but either way I must commend McKayla’s work ethic and wish her the best in her career.

GoogleMove out was handled extremely poorly, complete lack of communication, charged us for £200 professional cleaning for a flat that was cleaner than when we moved in. Sent us the pictures for a different flat in the checkout report. charged us for cleaning of two mattresses when we both had a mattress topper the whole year we were living in the flat. Avoid at all costs.

GooglePossibly the worst letting agent I have experience with. They sent a contractor round withing the first week, he managed to break the balcony door leaving it open, and they never fixed this. Even after multiple complaints. They left us with no smoke alarms. In a building which had its flammable cladding replaced as we moved out. Radiator that never worked. We had higher energy bill as they couldn't be bothered to fix anything. All these complaints were made in the first month for things which didn't work when we moved in. Avoid at all costs! Happy to take your money but as soon as they have you in a contract they just don't respond to you.

GoogleI sold my flat recently with Goodwin Fish. Given all the cladding problems the market for flats is not that great, Good win Fish gave me great advice on how best to market the flat and was realistic on pricing, and unlike many in similar situations they did find a buyer relatively quickly. The sale has now gone through and throughout the whole process Goodwin Fish we’re always available to chat and discuss how best to proceed. A great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

He provided an extremely professional service and had a detailed understanding of all the buildings/properties which we viewed. He provided bespoke suggestions based on the type of property I was looking for and helped me clarify the type of apartment right for me. As a first-time buyer, it can be a bit of a daunting experience; this sort of service made me feel more at ease and made the experience less stressful. Thank you!
