Unprofessional, I waste my time... I tried to book a appointment to view a property and she tried to push me to sell through Express Estate agent. It is unacceptable for me and not fair for the buyer to refuse me to see the property. I will write a emailand make complaints to company. Also the video call wasn't possible because the lady said is not working the system.Worst experience !

GoogleThe slowest and most ambiguous service ever received from an estate agency based in Manchester. I dealt with Megan Dowse who would constantly ignore emails, messages and calls over a span of 2-3 weeks. Would not recommend this agency's services, avoid dealing with this liability individual there too.

GoogleBen was very attentive to our wishes and when it came to decision making he made suggestions which helped us decide to accept an offer to buy our property. He arranged I don't know how many viewings for the property in a short time (less than a month) and compared with our previous agents they had managed three viewings in 8 months

They got three sales but unfortunately they didn't make sure they could pay the mortgages or even their solicitors don't answer emails cut you off in phone calls and lie about where the situation is in effect had my house invaded by people who were coming for a day out looking at houses they can't afford with the whole family spent six months waiting constantly for answers and being let down left right and centre blaming the buyers they claim they vet before proceeding and again made me sit for months thinking I had sold lost the house I was buying so letting them down also in the process of their inapt service be wary as they said I was covered would get the price yet each sale they sold it for less basically they do nothing and lie to you over and over after selling properties my whole life worst agents I have ever had

Spoke with Nik expecting the initial conversation to be very sales-pitchy (as most of these things are), but was so pleasantly surprised! Our house has been on the market for close to 4 months and Nik offered us the most insightful and useful information so far. He was very knowledgable and told it like it was. We’ll definitely be considering Express Offers if our final attempt of traditional marketing is unsuccessful.

We were happy with the schedule for the house and Ben rearranged the front picture to show the patio doors which was a far nicer picture. He kept in touch with us with regular updates and feedback. A very pleasant and easy to talk to person.

The communication via ea.whereby.com was not brilliant. Charlotte talks quite quickly and, with the addition of a "bubbling" sound that occurs with some audio links, it was difficult to follow what she was saying. Ultimately we gave up and resorted o a telephone connection that was a lot clearer.We agreed that the "30 day" approach was the most suitable for my requirements and I asked Charlotte to send me all the details. I had expected those to arrive by email but,so far, nothing has come.I was somewhat taken aback by a commission rate of 1.5%. This was over twice as high as the 0.7% that had been offered by local estate agents. I await the documentation before I make any commitments.____________One week later: still no further information!

Express are a fabulous example of a hard working, totally professional Estate Agency. All the way through, the process is explained fully. Selling a property in these times could have been so much worse - I was so fortunate to have Amelya assigned to me. She answered all my queries with patience and good humour. She called even when there wasn't much to tell, just to keep me completely up to date. Thank you Express, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to my friends.
