GoogleVery happy with the service from Bridgfords. From the initial valuation where they seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Good advice on the listing price, and a very quick sale. Once the sale was in progress Lauren was great and helped us at every step of the way, being part of a chain is not easy but she helped wherever she could.

GoogleWe have had a great experience organising our relocation with Bridgfords. Finding somewhere to rent in a competitive market when you live 200 miles away has been difficult, but Bridgfords has helped us find a lovely home. The team were able to find solutions to us not being able to attend viewings in person, and Lucy in particular has been fantastic in answering our (often silly) questions promptly and professionally. Looking forward to continuing this positive experience during the rental itself!

GoogleReally annoyed at some of the staff in Bridgfords. I rang them and spoke to a lady called Charlotte asking for my tenancy agreement, we had a conversation that was private and would have appreciated it staying private. The next day i received an email from my landlord asking for the date we are moving out as Bridgefords( Lisa the lettings manager) had informed her we are ' moving out' when that isn't our intentions. What I thought was a private phone call has now been relayed back to our landlord and its really upset me. In the future when we do decide to move out we will let our landlord know and that information will come from us not Bridgefords. Very poor customer care from this company. I hope you never have to use Bridgefords again.

GoogleJonathan came out for the initial valuation- went through everything clearly & asked questions that other agents didn’t (e.g about electrical re wire). We explained our situation & asked for some time & this was the only company who respected our wishes & allowed us to do what we needed before making our decision. Within a week of the house going on the market we had 10 viewings which resulted in 4 offers above asking price. The team kept us updated, managed the viewings & the house was sold within 3 months. Great communication from the company & they did exactly what they promised.

GoogleBooked a viewing with them for a house fresh on the market. Earliest they could do was a week after. No email confirmation. Call multiple times to no answer - taking time out of my work to do so. Call on the day to double check. "Oh sorry, we was going to call you to cancel, that's now sold" No communication to let me know there's been an offer, which I would have took time off work to get in to view if needed as the house was perfect for us. And, we had already discussed if we liked it we'd offer over a fair bit over asking price. It's hard enough to find a house these days, it's harder still when estate agents can't even be be bothered to help you get one. Do better.
