I had an amazing letting experience with Bridgfords Swinton. It is so far the best Letting agents I have come across, so I am recommending this agency to everyone. Lucy Dagless was the outstanding Negotiator I spoke to when I called in on for an enquiry for the property I just happily rented and my experience with her has being quite extraordinary. Right from when I spoke with her on the phone to our moving in, she is quite polite, very attentive, soft spoken, kind, compassionate, very reasonable, very dedicated to her job, amazingly proactive, very effective and efficient. I explained mine and my family's situation to her and she was very attentive and understanding and she included me to the viewing I wasn't part of, that was an act of kindness I haven't seen in any letting agent since mine and my family's arrival in the UK from Istanbul, Turkey. Meeting her in person blew us away, how she tackled issue softly and politely and she was on top of all issues that needed to be attended to in the house even before you mentioned it and she made herself available and can be reached to help profound solution to any issue that may arise. I can't help but sing her praises! She is such an amazing person and quite beautiful as well 😃. Beautiful body and soul. I'm giving her above 5 stars. She is a person anyone should look forward to working with. I actually call her my angel, because she is one! Every member of the team at Bridgfords Swinton has being quite helpful and amazing. We really love and appreciate them during this our letting process. Also, I want to commend the referencing team that Bridgfords uses or work with, Homelet! They are wonderful and swift! I would like to say that the team at Bridgfords Swinton have been excellent in guiding us through the sale of my Father-in-laws property after he passed away.Jonathon and Mike were sympathetic to our circumstances and took us through every step of the sale from initial valuation to completion.The house was sold within 24 hours of going on the market in April and we completed at the end of July.They say selling or buying a property is one of the most stressful things in life but we never felt stressed at all.They answered any query we had and were always available when we needed them. It was a very seamless experience! everything was explained to me clearly from the start to finish. The Agent assigned to me Ziggi made sure that each process wasn't taking longer than necessary by chasing and following-up on the individuals in-charge in order to move things forward. Ziggi's performance was outstanding, even James the mortgage advisor was amazing, with him having to work during the weekend and making sure I had and understood every details needed. Sold our house with Bridgfords. Not only did they secure a great price for our property they worked with us throughout the whole process helping to achieve a sale with a great price. Mike was always happy to help answer any questions and was just there throughout the whole process. Not only did we sell a property with Bridgfords I then went in to let a property with them too. Charlotte's performance was outstanding for me due to her effective negotiation, timely communication, and ardent follow-up skills throughout the process. She displayed a clear and remarkable ability to go beyond limits to satisfy her clients in a professional manner. Amazing service start to finish. Charlotte at Bridgfords Swinton was unbelievably rude and unpleasant in her dealings with the situation from a friend who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, her tenancy was ended early due to this but Charlotte has been non stop with the phone calls since this, in attempting to regain the keys to the property immediately despite being told that my friend is currently being cared for and is not able to physically provide the keys at this moment in time. Charlotte also made it abruptly clear that viewings were now, as a result, cancelled because of my friend and the situation, and to suggest that the current situation with my friend was "besides the point" and proceeded to request confirmation of which Christies she was at. No empathy or understanding at all from Charlotte! Clearly chasing ££££ and viewings is all that matters. Absolute joke!

Although I spoke to Mike and Jonathan occasionally I I dealt mostly with Paige Dunn for the sale of my house. Paige was very positive and encouraging when my first 2 buyers dropped out and she was right when she reassured me that it would sell. The team are all professional and courteous and I would recommend them. Paige was so helpful, my property was empty and I had moved a fair distance away so she regularly checked the meters for me and sent readings. She dealt with post that came for the tenant who had not left a forwarding address and even offered to cut the grass when it was getting long. I can't praise her enough, she is friendly and very helpful. Now the house is sold I'll quite miss our chats.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
