A big thank you to Dan! I arrived at the office as a walk in without an appointment, Dan had ample time to discuss what sort of property I wanted to rent and what was available. What ended up as being an impromptu walk-in ended with me signing for an ideal apartment stress free. Also big thanks to all of the office staff - I’ve been phoning on a regular chasing online viewings, staff have always answered the phone and always been kind and helpful despite me calling daily!

I have had the pleasure talking to Izzy, Tom and Charlotte in the process of renting a property. They have been very responsive, resourceful and helpful. Looking at the reviews in the past (which are negative in majority), it is not hard to see that this agent used to have a lot of problems. But it seems that they have since acknowledged the issue and have been willing to spend resources to work on their customer service, which, judging by the increasing review score here, has gradually paid off. I was encouraged but in no way forced to post this review. This is mainly to acknowledge the work they put in to make positive changes. Still, viewers, do keep in mind that this review, along with many other 5* reviews, is written as kind of a first impression. Most of us (including me) at the time of writing the reviews have not even begun our tenancy, so none of these reviews can really represent the experience during or after tenancy with Bridgfords. Do take these reviews with a grain of salt. Edit on 28 Feb 2023: It's been about a month since I moved into the new apartment, and I'd have to say that Izzy and her team have been very responsive (through both phone calls and emails) and helpful with the inquiries and requests that I have had. For instance, the letterbox and the mattress were both in very bad condition when I first moved in so I immediately requested for replacements of both of them. Literally on the next day I received Izzy's reply that she's contacted the landlord and that the landlord's given approval, and she proceeded to arrange for such replacements, which were subsequently completed in the next few days. I am editing this review to show my appreciation of the team, and I stand by my original rating of 5*.

Daniel was quick and amazing at helping us secure a property. He was so friendly which was so nice to hear as I have been so stressed whilst looking for a flat in these really busy times. I really appreciate all of his help and his quick replies. This has been by far my best experience whilst looking for a flat to rent in Manchester! Thanks again Daniel:) My time renting with Bridgfords has been smooth and all maintenance is dealt with really quickly with a 24/7 maintenance reporter site! In particular our property manager Coleen has been great dealing with any problems and replying very quick! I hope to continue renting with bridgfords!!

Me and my partner recently accepted an apartment with Bridgfords and Tom was very helpful. We walked into the agency on the off chance to see if there were any available properties for us to look at. Within 5 minutes we received a call back and were told that Tom had a property for us to view. We instantly fell in love with it and Tom couldn’t have made the process any smoother or quicker for us to sign all documents and get everything sorted as soon as possible. Really amazing customer service and definitely helped with the anxiety of moving.

My friend and I recently put an application in to rent one of the properties listed with Bridgfords. We were greeted on the phone by Dan who was incredibly helpful and provided great details on the property, even sending over a video tour, which was extremely beneficial. I am really satisfied with the conversation i had with Thomas Richmond from the first contact by email. He actually took time to discuss our current situation and explained with honesty about the property I was interested in. Unlike a lot of other agents out there, he also made sure all correspondence was responded within 24 hours which was really appreciated too. I am very pleased with Thomas Richmond, when I mean he was a great help to me, he was indeed a blessing I needed when I came to Bridgfords, even my friend who got an apartment through Bridgfords spoke highly of him. However 1 star for not responsive after moving in. As a new couple in the UK with a daughter, finding a house has been quite exhausting. We contacted several agents, viewed houses and showed interest, but their response time has been very slow compared to the exceptional service we received from Izzy Tollitt.
