Marvellous experience from start to finish in facilitating the sale of my apartment. Whilst other estate agents had suggested properties in my apartment block could not be successfully sold, Bridgfords seemed to make it their mission to prove their competitors wrong. Really valued the local knowledge, insights and personal approach from the senior valuer, Zahid Maqbool, who won our custom by being way ahead of competitors in all these respects. The marketing was exemplary, honest, and up front about some issues in the apartment block that meant we would be looking for a cash buyer, and, despite this, they generated plenty of interest. Potential buyers were screened before being showed around on our behalf, by the wonderful sales consultant, Lydia Flynn, who deserves special credit for tackling the stairs multiple times a day while the apartment lifts were out of action!! Offers flowed, and despite one abortive sale, and another lengthy transaction, we completed a few days ago. Lydia was brilliant at chasing solicitors and making sure things were remaining on track. I know the estate agent fees represent a significant cost when selling a property, and many people are now attracted to DIY / internet agency approaches, but I can honestly say I felt that every penny spent with Bridgfords was completely worthwhile and felt exceptional value for money given the work they put in, their responsiveness and support. Thanks again, Zahid and Lydia, you’re a credit to your organisation!

Just rented a property with Bridgfords, I needed an apartment that will allow me to keep a dog, and while I was mostly ignored by other agencies and never heard back from them, I have to compliment Dan Mooney who was very proactive and helped me to negotiate this with the landlord the very same day! Could also get a viewing organised for the next day which is not common at all in Manchester and Dan was very flexible with times. I was impressed how quick the communication went as I've been renting for almost 10 years and didn't have many good experiences as this one.

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Customer service was non-existent, and any concerns were met with attitude rather than solutions. The flat was in an unacceptable condition prior to move-in: the lift was broken, the bed was broken, the boiler was not working, and I was not even given the access codes to enter the building properly. This is basic, fundamental preparation that any competent letting agency should handle before handing over keys. To make matters worse, there is no out-of-hours contact, leaving tenants stranded when urgent issues arise. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in their responsibilities or tenant welfare. I would strongly advise anyone considering this agency to look elsewhere. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Adeel Parvez is amazing and is brilliant at what he does. He is supportive, patient and happy to advise on questions especially to someone who doesnt know anything about buying a house. Providing quick support and solid advice explaining the necessary steps, what to do next and keeping me updated throughout the whole process so far; providing a level of customer experience I have not encountered anywhere else. I'm not even sure where to start. Even when I was just looking for properties in the Manchester City area, Bridgefords were always responsive and always had plenty of options which suited my needs. I undertook multiple viewings with the company and all of them went really well! Everyone I have met there was professional and really helpful. A special shout out to Edward who has sorted out the viewings, a property, mortgage advisors, and solicitors. He has been professional, supportive, and has always had a positive outlook when it came to any delays during the buying process.
