We are so impressed with Lisa and Simon at Bridgefords. When dealing with difficulties in the buying (bad solicitors) they were absolutely brilliant and always on top of things. Lisa is an absolute ray of sunshine, always positive and helpful! She is quick to answer questions and always encouraged us when we spoke. We always felt that we were in very capable hands and we are very aware of the gift she was in the whole process. If you want someone to help you sell or buy a house who is brilliant at their job, looks after you in the process and is a delight to work with, especially when things are stressful, then look no further than these guys!

Branch staff good, conveyancing beyond horrendous

Started the journey of selling my flat with Bridgfords well, great listing, quickly found a buyer, then Bridgfords conveyancing service took over and was incompetent at every turn. 6 months on from accepting an offer I’ve had to end the sale as my mental health couldn’t handle anymore of the misleading, lies and gaslighting from their conveyancers. Was so bad even the branch staff said they were embarrassed at how bad it was.

The Property management company in Manchester is an absolute disgrace and very unprofessional.I have serious issues with my apartment for the last 4 weeks and nothing has been done I’ve sent over 10 emails to the property manager and getting fobbed off by Bridgfords and the Landlord That’s the trouble with Landlords good enough to take my money but when it comes to maintaining issue they simply ignore you.I’ve now forwarded all my emails to a property ombudsman
