A massive thank you to the Bridgfords team for helping us sell my grans home in Chorlton! I personally used a Countrywide agent local to me when selling my property and received a great experience, therefore I knew we should contact Countrywide’s local brand which was these guys and glad we did after a few of the other local agents approach to this delicate sale of the house wasn’t very personal from the initial valuation stage. These guys in Chortlon were execellent and the communication skills were second to none, we were updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone buying or selling a property.

Bridgefords have been brilliant to deal with. I was purchasing a house on their books and communication was enabled by Muneer between myself and the vendor, which prompted a very quick turnaround! Muneer was brilliant to work with, along with all other members of staff I spoke with. My experience has been seamless and I thank Muneer and the team at Bridgefords immensely for making the stressful experience of buying your first home (alone) as pain-free and quick as possible. I let my first a property with Bridgfords late last year through a personal recommendation. I was recommended bridgfords services from a fellow property investor as the Lettings Manager Miss Amber Gelling had really impressed him with his portfolio. Amber and her team have helped me alot with my property and they are always available to talk me through any queries I have had. We recently sold our home with Bridgfords Chorlton. Right from the valuation visit Jonathan was positive, friendly and knowledgeable about our house and the area. The brochure looked great, the viewings were well organised and we had accepted a good offer within a week - much quicker than we had dared hope! All the staff at the branch provided excellent customer service throughout the process. We feel they couldn't have been more approachable or responsive. Branch staff good, conveyancing beyond horrendous

Started the journey of selling my flat with Bridgfords well, great listing, quickly found a buyer, then Bridgfords conveyancing service took over and was incompetent at every turn. 6 months on from accepting an offer I’ve had to end the sale as my mental health couldn’t handle anymore of the misleading, lies and gaslighting from their conveyancers. Was so bad even the branch staff said they were embarrassed at how bad it was.

If I could put 0 I would. My cousin gave notice that he was giving up the flat due to family and health issues. Before he was able to remove his things (within a week) they have taken his belonging and given only some clothing back. They have stolen a family air loom watch (Rolex) , cash that was for Christmas, not given back any expensive trainers .. they have drip fed some things back since like the tvs and yet to receive the Xbox, they have photos of his stuff on their report which they haven’t given back. They are not to be trusted . They are proceeding to trade non ethically and illegally. Reports to police have been made. They prey on vulnerable people

I'm fairly sure that I wouldn't have managed to complete my flat purchase if it wasn't for Mike Dodd's patient support throughout. He was really approachable, actually kind and caring, which you are not always expecting from an estate agent. I recently moved into a property in Chorlton thanks to seeing it on Rightmove listed with Bridgfords, Chorlton. Amber met me at the property to view it and handled everything professionally and promptly. Bridgfords take a great approach to rentals - not allowing too many viewings and operating a well-managed waiting list if the property is in high demand which I think is really great approach. The Property management company in Manchester is an absolute disgrace and very unprofessional.I have serious issues with my apartment for the last 4 weeks and nothing has been done I’ve sent over 10 emails to the property manager and getting fobbed off by Bridgfords and the Landlord That’s the trouble with Landlords good enough to take my money but when it comes to maintaining issue they simply ignore you.I’ve now forwarded all my emails to a property ombudsman

Really impressed with Bridgfords in Chorlton, specifically Meeah Johnson. I popped in on a whim after seeing a sign outside a property and Meeah straightaway went out of her way to get me sorted and fit me in for a viewing that same day. She clearly cared about trying to support me in my pursuit to buy a property, through the questions she asked and the service she provided. When viewing the property she was able to provide significant amounts of helpful information and made a note of any questions to ask the vendor, which she quickly got answered and sent back to me. I did not end up purchasing a property with Bridgfords but would highly recommend them after the service Meeah provided me.

Kostas, the property manager, consistently fails his tenants. Hannah and Jessica still cannot have a hot shower after 4 months after being ignored by the agency and receiving low quality repairs. There's been mould in a bedroom, broken radiators, a broken bed and this shower situation is ongoing (in a pandemic, when hygiene is 🔑) 0/10 would not recommend Kostas and Bridgfords to a friend
