Recently, an excellent service has been provided by the Lettings Manager and his team. As a tenant, I feel like my needs are taken in to consideration and that I am a valued customer. The Lettings Manager and his team always listen to feedback and are excellent at providing help and support whenever it is needed. Improvements within the Property Management arm of the business have also been made, making it much easier to report problems and have them sorted. Overall, an excellent service from them.

Richard and David are unmatched !! They are honest, easy to talk to and operate with integrity! From the moment I met these guys they navigated the entire experience with professionalism , keeping me informed constantly and easing any concerns I had, the quick response to my messages and calls showcased this dedication. I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and can honestly say Bridgefords have been the best, and feel this is largely due to both Richard and David. Sian and the team at Bridgfords Withington sold my house in Fallowfield, they had over 30 viewing in the first few weeks and it was sold within a month. The communication was great, every few days a got an update on how things were progressing. If you have a house to sell (or you're buying) I would say 100% use these guys, they know their stuff and they know the market really well :)

Avoid like a plaque

The Property management company in Manchester is an absolute disgrace and very unprofessional.I have serious issues with my apartment for the last 4 weeks and nothing has been done I’ve sent over 10 emails to the property manager and getting fobbed off by Bridgfords and the Landlord That’s the trouble with Landlords good enough to take my money but when it comes to maintaining issue they simply ignore you.I’ve now forwarded all my emails to a property ombudsman

Bridgfords Gosforth

Bridgfords Gosforth - categorically the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. They were very efficient at getting credit checks completed and the rent and deposit organised. After that though the service was appalllng. We picked up they keys a few days before we moved in and noticed a wash basin in the ensuite was smashed, and the premises was generally dirty (not mentioned on the inventory). Rang and advised - and said they could access the property to repair if necessary. It was not repaired when I moved in and I was advised this was because I needed to report through their portal. In the first week I had to report repairs - washing machine not plumbed in, broken toilet seats, kitchen cupboards so dilapidated the drawers fell out when opened, gas fire not working, thermostats missing/broken on radiators, ventilation fans not working plus the smashed basin. It took them 7 weeks to get some of the repairs done, the remainder were outstanding when I left 6 months later. I chased and chased but just got told they aren't priority repairs (repairs on white goods are supposed to be prioritised). Once I handed my notice in they were super efficient at arranging viewings to get some other poor fool to pay £850 to live in a cold badly maintained property.Although I have seen a copy of the check out report which mentioned lots of issues, all of which predated my tenancy, I have never had confirmation that the Land Lord is happy ( They brow beat me into taking a zero deposit arrangement which was very expensive so I don't have a deposit to come back) All in all swift to take your money slow to respond to issues and communications demonstrate how little they care about their tenants. I cannot recommend highly enough that you avoid this business like the plague.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE READ MY REVIEW.

Disgusting behavior from the people in this branch. So unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. Can't get through to anyone when you phone. The person you want is always on holiday and NO ONE else can help until they come back. When you phone to speak with them when they are back from holiday, they are not in the office......... at any time! How does that work! Had a hole in the roof of the house I rented - it took them over 3 months to get it fixed. The gas cooker would not work properly - again not fixed at all. TRY AND GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK - HUH I'm off to the ombudsman now as I have no choice.
