GoogleI would give no star if I could. The service they provide is seriously bad and unprofessional. Whenever you raised an issue, they will deal with it slowly or deny the responsibility. To be an agent, the most important and crucial thing is to help the tenant to solve their problem, and they failed to do it. Please be careful if you are considering renting a house with them.

GoogleBelvoir doesn't even deserve the one star. Everyone is extremely unhelpful ignoring all issues related to our property. We don't even have hot water and have lived here for almost two months none of our problems have been fixed or even achknowledged. No one has returned our calls or replied to our emails. Would never rent from this agency again and wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleWorst agency ever. Do not cooperate with them if you don't want to stress over every little thing. Ignoring emails, telephone calls and always have an excuse not to deal with your query. Still waiting for deposit to be returned - 4 weeks late, due to ?system failure. Really unprofessional, I would not recommend to anyone.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery bad service, please be very careful when renting from them. Still renting a property trough them ( moving soon) and we had a lot problems when we moved in. Now it's been 10 months and they still haven't solved the issues. They owe us £200 and got call once saying that they can offer me £ 50 back.. Very unprofessional service. They wont take responsibility for they mistakes.

GoogleWorst estate agents I've ever dealt with. They don't answer emails. When you call one will say one thing, then you will be told something completely different by someone else working there. I have been through a few estate agents renting in Manchester and Belvoir are the only ones to have retained part of my deposit. Seriously AVOID.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIrresponsible, unprofessional and appalling service. Take ages to settle simple issues of maintenance and repair, and they never accept responsibility for their delayed service. You need to call them at least 3 times a day for over a few weeks before they will take any action. Please be mindful when you are considering them to act as your agent whilst renting a property.

GoogleI could thank Belvoir enough for all their professional support recently. They followed up my request within the same day and a viewing was organised without any delay. By far the first agent who I have received a response from so quickly, some agents you don't hear back from unfortunately. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, call Belvoir!
