GoogleI have been very impressed with the efficiency of the John Goodwin team during this lockdown. Due to my personal circumstances, I needed to find a place to rent as soon as possible. Kate and Nick were extremely quick to get things sorted for me. They went above and beyond during this unprecedented time and completed a virtual viewing of the property for me and an online tenancy agreement. Thank you for all your help!

He found potential buyers quickly for our slightly 'quirky' home, enabling us to make the quick sale that we needed. He then managed the sales process very efficiently. GoogleMy partner and I were looking to rent a flat that they advertised and we emailed them saying we could come for a viewing, the viewing agent didn't turn up and so we arranged another viewing and second time round they still didn't turn up! Then on the phone we were told that someone was already interested in the flat so now we weren't able to see it. Bad customer service.

We were mainly in contact with Henry who was outstanding in many ways: always courteous, prompt to respond to calls and emails, very ready to iron out the difficulties that arose, and very ready to take the initiative to move things forward. Having come from another part of the country we found Henry an excellent guide to local matters. We cannot recommend John Goodwin highly enough, and indeed have already recommended their services to a couple of friends.

GoogleAfter my ongoing search for a rental property, I popped in to John Goodwins office on the off chance to register my details. I was greeted by a young bright team of girls. They informed me a property which was becoming available shortly, after looking over a few details and a call to the current tenant, I was booked in for a viewing. From there it was all systems go and a few weeks later I was all moved in! I couldnt thank the girls enough as I was about to give up my search. I wouldnt rent through any other company.

GoogleHouse buying and selling is not for the faint hearted that`s for sure! I would 100% recommend choosing John Goodwin. During our recent house selling experience they were brilliant, always kept us informed and were always honest with us. We were badly let down when our buyers puled out weeks before completion. this was a very tough time for us - they talked us though this and soon found a wonderful buyer.
