TrustpilotHardworking & professional
Strakers were really hard working and professional right throughout the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. They quickly got us good offers and even though there were some bumps with our chain, when our house had to be remarketed, they quickly got us another buyer. At the end of the process they worked extremely hard to help the sale and purchase to go through. I’d definitely recommend them (I already have).

TrustpilotGreat auction experience
First time using their auction process. Good choice, very easy and excellent support from their auction team. Would highly recommend and use again.

TrustpilotDisappointing
We feel we were let down by Strakers as we were not kept informed on what was going on in the chain. We were especially kept in the dark about the very bottom and their situation, which resulted in a lot of stress and anxiety. We also felt that we were continuously chasing to find out what was going on and were kept better informed by our sellers estate agents.

TrustpilotBungalow purchase.
Very good. Rapid response to questions. Excellent help from 2 specific members of staff one in Devizes and the other in Calne offices.Unfortunately let down by another member of staff who did not record appointment made resulting in me waiting outside the property for an hour. Following tel calls a further member of staff got in his car and came out on site.Overall staff worked well to make the purchase go through smoothly.

TrustpilotGood from start to finish
The whole process has been handled in a professional manner & with a very good outcome for the vendors. We were kept up to date with any developments along the way & given the information we needed to make informed decisions. Paul Dearing always gave good advice on how to achieve the best possible selling price & is a valuable & professional member of staff for the agency.

TrustpilotThank you for selling our new house to us
Thank you for selling our new house to us! All the staff at Strakers were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the experience from when we first registered with them, arranging a couple of house viewings (not pushy at all) , the actual process of buying (calm and organised) and the final hand over of keys.

TrustpilotProfessional and helpful
From the outset I found the team at Strakers professional and friendly. The whole process (13 months) from first introductions, valuation, probate and on to to auction was extremely smooth, finishing with a good result on the day.

The initial consultation and valuation was good. However, we had to do some chasing for answers regarding what was happening as we had a delayed sale, beyond our original date and requirements.

TrustpilotService provided during moving house
Strakers estate agents were responsible for the selling of the house we were buying. The service they provided was excellent, despite them not being the estate agents we had instructed to sell our house. Helen's communication kept us informed and really helped at times when the process was becoming very stressful. We are very grateful for the time, effort and caring attitude.

TrustpilotDevizes office
Dealing with the Devizes office we have found them to be very efficient. As we are currently renting a property, any issues are dealt with swiftly, just a quick call to Bridget and it's all sorted. We are also starting to look for a property to buy, and we are receiving details of suitable properties by email, which is more than can be said for the other agent we are registered with too.

After an initial disappointment when a landlady decided to sell instead of let, Strakers pulled out all the stops to find me exactly the home I needed. They have all been a pleasure to deal with, but special thanks go to Guy, for whom nothing has been too much trouble.I recommend unreservedly.

Having never sold a property at auction before I was a little apprehensive but Charlie and the whole team helped me throughout the whole process... always professional and accessible, finding answers quickly to my many queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use Strakers again.

TrustpilotHighly recommended!
Although my house was sold extremely quickly at a very good price, there were a lot of hold ups which were out of my control. Strakers kept me informed of everything that was happening all the time, and answered any queries as soon as possible. All the staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful, and I am very pleased with everything they did for me.

TrustpilotPositive, quick and would deal with again
After trying to find a property to rent for 2 years we were very happy with our experience with Strakers. The whole process from start to finish was quick, straightforward and they were very willing and able to answer any questions we had. Would definitely deal with them again in the future
