TrustpilotAn asset to the profession
I have been particularly impressed with the attention to detail, professional acuity and outstanding support we have experienced following our decision to appoint Strakers as our lettings agent. I particularly direct praise to 'Dee' who is clearly an asset to the company, with no issue or query being to much for her to advise thoroughly on or action accordingly..

We recently purchased a house through Strakers, and they were very helpful through the whole process, making it as painless as buying a house can be. Special thanks must go to Matt for his help and useful trade contacts, and also to Vicki in the Sales Progression.

TrustpilotLong overdue
I sold my home over year ago and completely forgot I promised to write a review. I bumped into Liam from Swindon who was fantastic through the whole process. He said he no longer worked for Strakers but said it would help the team with this review. Everyone else was also incredible helpful and made it a smooth process. Jane and Sharon Especially. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotHighly recommended!
This was the 2nd time we have sold a house through Strakers. Both times we have found the team to be very proactive and they worked hard to sell the house at the right price. They were also great dealing with the issues during the sale right through to completionWe wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

TrustpilotGood letting agent
I have used Strakers to let my property for a number of years now. I also bought the property from them and decided to let through them for ease. I always have good communications with my contact in the Strakers letting office, which is local to Swindon where the property is. They act promptly and keep me informed with any issues with the property or tenancy and address accordingly.

TrustpilotExcellent Letting Agents
We use Straker’s Lettings for 3 properties in Devizes. Michele has always worked hard to find us reliable tenants and she has always succeeded. Our properties have never been left vacant with new tenants referenced and signed before existing tenants have left. In cases of dispute at end of tenancy Straker’s have been happy to mediate and have always been extremely professional. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The Strakers team worked hard to make my house move as smooth as possible. Always quick to respond to any enquires I made and everything was done in a friendly but very efficient way. It’s always a difficult thing to know if you have made the right choice in choosing an estate agent to sell your house, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Strakers to anyone.

TrustpilotSold my house
I used Strakers as sole agents to sell my house. They took a lot of the strain out of the process by escorting viewers around the property. The sales progressor was brilliant. All the staff were friendly and professional. A lot of estate agents have a bad rep but this company are very good.

TrustpilotA fantastic team.
Extremely accommodating when requesting last minute viewings, quick and thorough responses to any queries and extremely useful when guiding through the auction process; the auction team and all the supporting members of Strakers staff from across the business that worked seamlessly and made the process of buying at auction a great a experience. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

TrustpilotI switched to Strackers.
I switched to Strackers from another estate agent, who I was unhappy with. I should have went with Strackers from the start, they were professional, knowledgable and friendly throughout. Strackers sold my property in no time at all and also found the perfect property for me, which is now my new home. Excellent service.

TrustpilotProfessional, polite and effective
Very grateful for all the efforts Strakers made to sell my mother’s bungalow during a very difficult summer. A very professional firm who made sure we marketed the bungalow effectively, had a steady stream of apparently genuine potential buyers leading to a sale for the asking price. Would I use them again ..... absolutely. Thanks very much for your help.

TrustpilotStrakers…Fantastic Estate Agent
Strakers sold our house and have been fantastic all the way through. From the initial valuation right through to completion. The sales progression team kept us well informed all the way and were always very helpful whenever we had any queries. We highly recommend Strakers!

TrustpilotWe recently purchased a house through…
We recently purchased a house through Strakers and found them very helpful throughout the process. We asked to view the property 4 times in all twice prior to making an offer and twice after having our offer accepted and there was never any problem and no rush whilst looking around. We found the staff that we dealt with to be polite and patient.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
