GoogleMary handled a sale of my property in a professional and efficient manner. From the start to the closing of the deal she kept me informed and up to date with the process. It was obvious to me that she is hard working and had excellent in depth knowledge of the market place which is a result of many years of experience in this field. I have no hesitation in recommending SOC properties to both vendors and purchasers alike who require truth, honesty and reliability. I have no doubt that their business will flourish in the coming years and would wish them well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery unprofessional. Was in contact about a property with back and forth emails making offers and also viewed the property which we liked . Gave another offer and no response from John for nearly 4 weeks . Went into view the property on their website today and it is sale agreed . Totally unprofessional and disrespectful towards people trying to purchase a house
