Polite, Helpful, efficient staff make selling your property a breeze. Always on the end of a phone to answer any questions! Have used SOC for other services too like valuations & each time they have been very easy to deal with & everything was done in a very timely manner. Explained everything along the way too, I would totally recommend them!

As first time buyers we had a lot of questions. Without any problem Mary took her time to help with all our concers, explain the process and even provide guidance as much as possible. In my opinion, Mary O'Callaghan & John Singleton of SOC Auctioneers are true Professnals. During my long search for a suitable property, Mary offered fair and honest guidance in equal measure on behalf of both the Seller and the Buyer. I have purchased and sold many properties in the last 35 years and would have no hesitation in recommending these excellent Auctioneers.

I have purchased many properties in various countries and only a few of the realtors would I consider top performers; Mary and John are top! If you value a professional approach all the way through we would wholeheartedly recommend choosing SOC properties. Former owner of Richmond House in Buttevant.
