I would highly recommend both Mary and John. I sold my house last Summer, it was,a pleasure dealing with them. They worked around my schedule for viewings and nothing was a bother. There was never a delay in returning calls and my queries were dealt with immediately. I subsequently purchased my new home a few months ago and again nothing was a problem. There will always be a few small issues when selling or buying but it 100% helps when you engage an excellent auctioneering company which is what SOC are. I also need to add that their office adminiatrator Ellie is also fantastic in her role, always a lovely smile to greet you when you visit their offices and her phone manner is impeccible. If your considering contacting SOC, dont just think about it, do it, you wont be sorry😊

We placed our house for sale with SOC Properties. The advertisement went live late on the Wednesday afternoon with Daft and we had our first viewing arranged on the following Monday for Tuesday morning. On Wednesday morning we got a great offer well over asking price and went sale agreed by the end of the week. We had told John we didn’t want a bidding war with potential buyers as we had been through that trauma ourselves. Key points: John found the right buyer. We got a good price so were very happy. The whole process was very straightforward as John was a great conduit between ourselves and the buyers for any queries that arose. We had a great service by John and the team! We would definitely recommend SOC Properties!
