GoogleA huge thank you to Glenn and his wonderful team at the Maldon office for making my house sale totally stress free and as speedy as possible.They were all so professional, polite and knowledgable and kept me informed at every stage of the sale. Their customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleThe agents at Church and Hawes are experienced and know their local market well. They are both professional and friendly in their dealings with clients. The quality of their photos was good, as was their marketing and feedback in general. Their house descriptions are based on facts rather than flowery opinions. I have also used them as my letting agents for many years and always found them reliable.

GoogleI have no recent experience to compare my experience with. Church and Hawes met my expectations. However they did over value the property initially so property didn't sell until the price was reduced to the valuation provided by another Estate Agent.

GoogleC&H took excellent photos of our house including the 3D walk through virtual tour and this was presented nicely on their website and Rightmove. Their valuation was accurate. After a difficult journey with another agent they took over and were friendly and supportive and responsive. No complaints.

GoogleCan't possibly recommend these guys, trying to get the uninterested Daniel to return a call is a nightmare. Chased him to view several properties when should be the other way round, comparing that to the chasing i received from Holden i know which agents i'd rather advertise with !

GoogleWe have sold our current property through Church and Hawes at Maldon who have been brilliant. Daniel initially came round for a chat about our needs, he had a very good knowledge of the local area and what comparable properties were selling for and we agreed on a fair price. He then came back and took photographs and we all decided which ones showed our house in the best light. He had some potential buyers in mind and the house went onto Rightmove on Thursday, we had several viewers booked in for that weekend and we accepted an offer on Monday! All through the selling process Daniel and the Church and Hawes staff have provided an outstanding service, always getting back to us when we had queries and keeping in touch with the other parties and solicitors in the chain to keep things moving. We would not hesitate to recommend Church and Hawes to our friends and family and would certainly use them again! Nothing beats having a local person to guide you through the house selling and buying process - well worth the commission!

GoogleAvoid these guys they are reactive rather than pro-active and do absolutely nothing for their money. Had the displeasure of trying to buy a house with Daniel as the agent, he gave no updates, made no chasing for the chain and often had no idea what was going on in the chain. Go to an agent that will look out for your best interests not someone that might aswell be a budget online agent

GooglePhone the estate agents about a problem with someone renting a house out next door to me he is parking his car in from of a garage with no parking and rubbish , have had a few complaints about this person and it hasn't been sorted out , wouldn't use this estate agents to wash a bowl would probably do it wrongNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
