Absolutely disgusted with the property management service. Ongoing repair needed to property since august, despite many requests for information for the insurance to proceed, when emails and voicemails remain even now unanswered. I have finally had to arrange the repair myself. Questions about the property visit report have been ignored Even my complaint has not been responded to!

GoogleIf Wards of Loose are in any way similar to Wards of Maidstone I'd avoid them like the plague, their Case progression department was awful and the main office was useless. As for the Loose office, I have been waiting for over a week to see one particular house on their website, it's still not on there!
