It was an amazing experience using Wards to sell my house. From day one they have been very helpful and supportive. The team is amazing, special mention of Terri Truckle, Ami Banks, Sam, Kenny and last but not the least Kim. They have been extremely helpful throughout. Its been a roller coaster ride, but with the teams support and up to date knowledge and experience the sale process was smooth.

Extremely disappointed with my conversation with the senior branch manager after raising concerns with the survey that highlighted ground stability issues. After disregarding my concerns, he questioned my integrity when I informed him that I have spoken to the company that carried out the survey personally. I found his entire attitude arrogant and unprofessional and I would think twice to make any more enquiries with this branch.

I can not see any point why would we use their broker while we already arranged our broker who is fully independent, reliable and trustworthy.

Rang Maidstone branch on 13th May to register as looking to buy a property but was asked for date of birth. I refused asking why and if they needed an age why not accept age without needing date of birth. Was told system didn't accept age. I find this a breach of your personal ID. No other estate agents asked for DOB. Won't be using Wards.
