I recently moved in an apartment which ticked all my boxes. From the moment I saw the listing to moving in the apartment, my experience with Trevlyn Properties has been smooth and efficient (considering the challenging nature of the virtual viewings etc.). Trevor was super helpful, genuinely interested to help me out and answer all my questions and always available.

GoogleThis is a great company to work with! Trevor has got a great work ethic. He sometimes works through weekends and evening bringing people over for viewing. He always works around my schedule and never gives up. He also offererd advise on the property and the best way to go about it, which worked like a charm! I have no problems giving 5 stars !!!!! GoogleTerrible experience. I was misled by the agent (Trevor) who told me there was comfort cooling in the flat, which I found out was untrue after I had moved in. I felt very deceived by this. He also made other assurances regarding the tenancy which I did not find to be my experience. Would not recommend using them.

When I approached Trevlyn, I described what I was looking for and I was immediately given an array of options. Trevlyn booked all my viewings and gave me advice from the start of the viewing process, past the day I completed on my chosen property. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trevlyn Properties. I made a secure deposit for a property in Canary Wharf, and although I understand that due to external problems they couldn’t secure it. What's even worse is that they haven't refunded my deposit despite more than a week passing since the cancellation. Joseph Smith, the person responsible, hasn't responded to any of my messages. I strongly advise against renting with this business; they've wasted my time and money, and their customer service is non-existent.
