Giving this review for my girlfriend, who experienced horrid service. Don't use them. Sam was good, but Trevor deserves -10 stars. Flat was extremely mouldy no matter how often it was cleaned away the windows let in water whenever it rained. Neighbours in the building reported the same problem when she asked them.NegativeProfessionalism

Phone call from hell - Joseph

I enquired about a property in Feltham and got a call from Joseph, completely unprofessional and rude. He offered no details, no pleasantries, and pressured me for a viewing within hours. When I tried to reschedule, he slammed the phone down without a goodbye. Unacceptable way to treat a potential customer. If this is how they handle enquiries, I can’t imagine how stressful the rest of the process would be. I do not recommend this agency, they should at least hire people with basic manners and respect

Joseph and his colleagues made the process smooth and transparent. We don't have UK income and were outside the country, but we rented the home with their help. The most valuable for me is the proactive and cheerful approach. We chatted with Joseph in the evenings and on weekends. He was extremely helpful in chasing all the other people in the chain. Moreover, he could even receive our furniture delivery before we arrived. I am happy that we've found an agent we can trust.

I recently worked with Trevor and Zainab on renting a unit in Vauxhall. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The duo proved to be outstanding professionals. My partner and I were on the fence about another unit in the same complex. I got a call from Zainab before our viewing that day. She explained that a prospective tenant was no longer pursuing a unit that I was previously interested in. I had seen the unit but my girlfriend had not. I asked Zainab if she could make herself available within 10 minutes. To place this story in context, these events occurred after 6 p.m. when many people have clocked-out for the day. Zainab immediately made herself available to us in the short aforementioned time frame and showed us our new home. Further, Trevor and Zainab managed and expedited the reference checks and rental process. We are truly excited about our new home and could not have asked for more co-operative and diligent estate agents. Kudos all around and the stars do not do justice to their exceptional service.
