I had a really positive experience with Trevyln Properties. The whole process of securing our new home was handled professionally and smoothly. Joseph was especially helpful throughout, he was friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and guide me through each step of the process. Moving house can be very stressful, but Joseph made things much easier by keeping me informed and supporting me when I needed help. I really appreciated his communication and the effort he put in to help us secure the property. Thank you to Trevyln Properties and especially Joseph for making the process a good experience. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a property.

I was able to get the home I wanted thanks to Joseph. From the very first meeting, he greeted me with kindness and made sure I was comfortable while viewing the house. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly considerate and helped me check everything with the utmost professionalism! I can confidently say he is the best agent I've ever worked with. Even though there was competition for the home I wanted, he quickly assisted with the paperwork, and while we were filling out the forms, he even let me stay in his car to avoid the rain. As a Korean who is very accustomed to fast-paced work, I found Joseph's speed and efficiency truly impressive. He consistently kept me updated by phone and sent regular email updates as well. Meeting Joseph was a huge stroke of luck for me. If you want to find a good home quickly, I highly recommend working with him! And to Joseph, who did his best to secure my home, I want to express my sincere gratitude!

Viewings after viewings, agents after agents, was so difficult to get the right property with the right person, until we found Joseph. By far, this has been the easiest and most pleasant experience we ever had (never thought this could be possible). We viewed the property, we liked it, we got it, simple as that. I still remember Joseph's question 'Do you think this property will work out for you?' the moment I said yes he took everything on him and made our wish come true. I can't thank and recommend enough the agency and especially Joseph for his amazing service. Thank you once again and wishing you all the success you deserve! :)

Joseph was one of a kind. When we were having a trouble looking for a place to stay he offered a property. We viewed it and offered to take it. We were expat nurses and didn’t know the process but fortunately he was the agent. He was very open to questions, approachable, kind and warm with every interaction we had. He is a respectable man and true to his words. I’m grateful for what he had done to assist us all throughout the process. Now, we secured an abode for a year near our workplace. Thank you Joseph 🙏🏻
