Simon Miller sold our house in Maidstone. Brilliant service, and Wasim worked very proactively when our first buyers pulled out to secure a second buyer within a couple of hours. Constant communication throughout the sale too.

We would definitely recommend Simon Miller. A particularly difficult year to be on the housing market but that hasn’t stopped the staff doing their utmost to help us on our journey. Particular thanks must go to Paige and Jeremy. I can’t count the number of times we emailed or phoned Paige to get an update or ask a question and she was always polite and attentive.

I organised a couple of valuations from local agents and Simon Miller stood out by miles. Great local knowledge, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The sale dragged on due to a long chain but Simon Miller helped every step of the way. The whole team made an effort and I was very happy with the price they achieved for my home. Highly recommend.
