My family and I were booked to view a property (2 bed bungalow) in Allington. Our agent P Dryland had already contacted me and offered us an earlier appointment that suited us. She arrived at the agreed time and immediately demonstrated an enthusiastic, courteous and professional approach. She had detailed knowledge of the property and at no time did she make us feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Nice staff, but found you get fobbed off when asking difficult questions about potential problems with a property. At one point it nearly became an argument (with the boss) and i understand the seller was being awkward. Quite rude really as once moved in my complaint was validated.
I'm sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with the service provided by our company. I hope that you will give us another chance to instil confidence in our ability to provide great service should you look to move in the future.

We have been really disappointed with the service received by this estate agent. When initially asked what was important to us we said two things, honesty and communication. We lacked feedback on our viewings (both if they happened at all and any helpful information as to why a buyer may / may not be interested in the property), there were continued promises of communication which was not followed up and just generally a really poor service leaving us feeling that we were not a valued client even thought we went out of our way to accommodate all viewings and have the property 'viewing ready' at all times. Finally, at the end of the agreement I have had no communication to 'sign off' our arrangement, of keys returned to me, to ask if there is anything they could do etc. I work in customer service and know how people should be treated. I will certainly not be recommending this estate agent to anyone and would err anyone away from using them unless they make significant changes.

Review from my grandparents:Highly recommended! Having found our dream bungalow in my daughter's road we were extremely anxious as we didn't want to lose out. The race was on to get ours sold. We called two agents and went joint agency. Alex from Simon Miller understood our situation and came out to us the same day to get us on the market. Within 48 hours Alex had arranged 9 viewings (against the other agent's 1...) and within 3 days Alex had agreed a sale to a cash buyer £25,000 over the asking price and less than a month later thanks to the agents pushing, we are now about to exchange contracts. The speed and efficiency shown by Simon Miller has not only helped us to secure our new bungalow but has given us a fresh lease of life in a home that is a lot more manageable. Thank you so much

From my first meeting with Stewart Carroll, branch manager, I was made to feel that my sale was important. It felt personal, not the usual salesman's patter. They were able to pull in large numbers of genuine buyers for the Open Days and the house sold in 6 days. Megan and Lucy in the Maistone branch, then worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track - keeping me informed at all times. Very impressive - stay local and don't go with a nationwide chain.

I found Andrew, and his team , Paige, Simon (now at Maidstone) brilliant. They are are dynamic team of clever thinkers. My sale wasn’t without its issues from buyers and viewers. These guys sell houses so if you want to sell, use them.
