EXCELLENT SERVICE!Earlier this year we decided we are ready for our next step. We wanted to sell our flat and buy a cottage in a great area with a fantastic garden. We were worried we wouldn't find what we wanted and how long and difficult the process could be. I was strongly recommended to use the Simon Miller branch in Larkfield by a number of different friends. I contacted Andrew McGinty the branch manager who came and visited us. He was very personable and like-able and took a keen detailed interest into what we were looking for. Our flat went on the market and within 6 days it was sold!!!We found a property with another estate agents and their service was no where near what we became accustomed to from Andrew. This property though wasn't ticking all the boxes for us.We were losing hope in finding what we were looking for. Then Andrew and Tony (West Malling Branch Manager) called us to say they have visited a cottage which fits exactly what we are looking for. We viewed the cottage before it went on the market and it was perfect! We agreed to buy it without it being put on the market. We are over the moon!!! Andrew and Tony both really cared about what we wanted and went that extra mile to ensure we got it. Having been in communications with other estate agents I would never use anyone other than Simon Miller again! DEFINITELY call Andrew McGinty at Larkfield branch and moving home really will be the excitement it should be!!! 10/10!!!

Can’t praise wasim and Elliott enough of Simon Miller Barming, i was struggling with the process of buying a house on my own and they was so helpful and understanding of my situation, once they found me the perfect house they did everything they could for the speedy sale I was after, working for the NHS during this time I was very busy and I knew my purchase was in safe hands they always contacted me and I never had any problems contacting them , they chased up anything straight away that needed to be done , keep up the good work guys and I would highly recommend them for selling or buying point of view.

We were purchasers of a house on sale with Simon Miller, Barming, but in all honestly we could have been the sellers paying the fee for the care, attention to detail & communication we received from Wasim. He was fantastic! From coming with us at each viewing, coming up with wonderful problem-solving ideas, maintaining a great sense of humour, always giving plenty of undivided attention & keeping us in the loop at every stage. We purchased our new home with Simon Miller, Bearsted just under two months ago. The service we received from Shirley at the Bearsted office was exceptional. From start to finish, when we walked into the office to ask to book a viewing for the house to when we picked up our keys, we couldn't have asked for more. She even had a 'congratulations on your new home' card waiting for us, which we thought was such a lovely touch. During the process, Shirley rang us to keep us updated on progress as and when necessary, explained what would happen on completion day, and was always there to answer questions when we needed. I don't plan on moving house again, but if I ever did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Simon Miller next time for my sale as well.

GoogleVery negative experience!I had viewing for a different property and this one was on the opposite side of the street,so after driving an hour for the viewing it worth seeing one more.Unfortunately the property I wanted to view has already been sold without letting me know in advance.I even had a conversation with the agent an hour prior to the viewing and he did not mention anything .Came 10 min later,even did not apologise. Just a waste of time.Would not recommend and would not trust them!

Simon Miller were not my selling agents, they were they agents that I was buying through. The purchase chain was complicated and exasperating for months and particularly in the final two weeks. Simon and Dan did everything that they could to push the chain to completion. They were being hassled sometimes hourly towards the end by various people and yet remained professional, polite and pleasant throughout. They pushed hard on behalf of their own vendor but they were brilliant at assisting the whole process and that included keeping me up to date. I would choose them as my agents next time if I can ever face the whole process again!

Asked for a valuation only, was straight up at the time, informing them Im in no position to move. They then constantly harass you with calls & post, + feedback questionnaires. They have lost a potential future customer with the antiquated tactics. AVOID at all costs !

Perhaps you could contact the manager of the office which undertook the appointment and discuss your concerns with them in person.
