The staff at the West Malling branch of Simon Miller were always courteous, attentive and helpful. It was reassuring to see familiar faces and hear familiar voices as the staff were always on call, unlike another estate agent I had previously used, where I found the staff turnover was constant. Therefore, continuity suffered. I have no hesitation in recommending the West Malling branch as they kept me informed and up to date with my sale.

I also used their legal services (solicitor) who were incredibly thoroughout with communication and a level of detail beyond any I’ve experienced in House purchase. I also used their recommended mortgage provider and again the best deal on the market to suit my budget and so easy to deal with. In summary- Fautless - Thank you
Sometimes there are great benefits to using solicitors and mortgage providers recommended by the selling estate agent.
