GoogleHave been really happy with the service from start to finish with Ben Siggins. From when Matt came to do our valuation, it was thorough and talked us through everything. Jess, James and Sandra were all brilliant throughout the process and helped get everything through the final stages before exchange contacting the whole chain on our behalf - big thank you to Sandra for the final pushes and efforts made! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

GoogleI have been dealing with Sophie Bass from Ben Siggins as I have been renting a property through them for the last year. I have always found Sophie to be very pleasant and extremely efficient. There have been a number of minor things that needing looking at in the house and Sophie made it easy to get things sorted out quickly by contacting the landlord and keeping me fully informed of when issues would be fixed and resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone renting or as a landlord, really professional and great to deal with.

Sophie Bass has looked after us very well and any queries have been answered straight away. Sophie is very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. GoogleI have used Ben Siggins estate agents to lease a property on my my behalf. They are extremely professional and corteous, and a pleasure to speak to. In particular Sophie Bass, who is the lettings agent that acts on my behalf, who always goes above and beyond what is expected to resolve any problems for both the landlord and the tenant. Highly recommend, professional, safe and trustworthy company. I plan on using them for many years to come.

GoogleWhilst on our house hunt, we signed up to many different estate agencies, as one does. However, our service with Alex at Ben Siggins was fantastic & worth highlighting. He was extremely helpful, responsive and always bright & cheery. Alex ensured we were being sent all the latest properties within our criteria and called regularly to check-in. GoogleWe had a rocky start to our house moving experience. Our first estate agent was rubbish. We invited Ben Siggins round and from the beginning they have been excellent. An extra special thanks goes for Jody who dealt with a difficult chain for us and used her magic to make sure we all got a completion date that we were happy with. I would definitely recommend this company. I have liaised with various local estate agents on this move and also another property we are selling and these are by far the best ones we’ve communicated with.

GoogleI was recommended by a friend who had sold her property and had purchased a property with Ben Siggins she told me that they were absolutely brilliant and friendly so I gave them a try without any hesitation and straight away I felt very comfortable with them. They wasn’t pushy at all and explained to me about what they could do for me and very soon i had lots of interest in my property. Everything with Ben Siggins went very smoothly and professionally from start to completion. I used the mortgage company that they recommended and same with the legal team suggested by themselves. I couldn’t of been any happier. Well done Ben Siggins excellent Work !!

GoogleWe bought our first home through Ben Siggins and had a great experience. James who showed us around the property was knowledgeable and empathetic. His communication throughout the offer process was clear and professional. Once our offer was accepted, Jody did a great job of keeping up the clear communication and expectations of the process, guiding is through our first buying process. On completion day, the staff in the office we're so lovely and gave us a celebration gift box with our keys. I would use Ben Siggins again and recommend them!
