GoogleDavid Odunlami was an extremely likeable and professional person to deal with. He answered all my queries promptly and accurately, with courtesy and patience, and always returned my calls straightaway if he happened to be away from his phone. Nothing was too much trouble, and I now have wonderful tenants who are a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in using Ben Siggins again, and would definitely recommend them highly to other people.

GoogleI have just sold a house with Ben Siggins and I cannot fault them, they were responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the very quick sale. The photos were excellent and the property sold straight away. At no point did I need to chase anyone and Jody especially made the process smooth and easy with her prompt and organised response to things that came up. We have previously sold twice with an online agent, which on paper seems cheaper, but the service was so excellent at Ben Siggins, and they also managed to gain a higher priced sale on the property, thus covering the slightly higher fees. I wouldn't go back to an online agent again after this exceptional experience. We look forward to selling our next property with Ben Siggins in the near future. GoogleThis was our 2nd time using Ben Siggins and I’d highly recommend them. Big firms just want your money, smaller ones have a much more hands on approach. Our circumstances were slightly different and required confidence in the estate agent as we were emigrating before the sale completed. They were awesome throughout and I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleI recently moved house with another agent and Ben Siggins were marketing the house i purchased. Although i was not their actual client, i found them to be really helpful with great communcation and updates. In Particular I wanted to highlight the help and can do attitude shown by James Nourse who for us went the extra mile in making sure we were kept up to date at all times. I would definantly use Ben Siggins in the future !

I had previously had my house on the market with another Estate Agent and i found Ben Siggins to be superior in all aspects. I found them professional , organised, friendly and hardworking. Right from the word go , they were arranging multiple viewings . My contact was James Norse. He kept me informed with the progress of my sale with regular updates and feedback. I always knew that i could get in contact with him and my queries would be met with action and enthusiasm . Overall i was pleased with Ben Siggins and was happy with their services. The team there are by my estimation , good at what they do and that is important in what can be a stressful process of selling your house. Thanks for your work James ! GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the team at Ben Siggins throughout our house sale. Our first contact was Matt, who came to carry out our valuation. He was very polite and talked me through the whole process without the ‘pushy salesman’ technique that I have endured from other companies! Kevin and James supported us through the rest of the process and were very efficient yet still friendly and most importantly contactable. They always answered my calls and emails quickly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I only wish the whole chain had used Ben Siggins as they are by far the most competent estate agents we have come across! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
