GoogleVery lame customer service especially if they have to return the deposit money haven't got my deposit back after 1 month. They just keep ignoring the phone calls and email I recommend to avoid this agency.

GoogleOtto is absolutely amazing.... and patient. His enthusiasm and attentiveness alongside his communication was very refreshing. While lots of other agents remain aloof with their nose in the air Ashton Burkinshaw have been great. Whether you a tenant or landlord they will go above and beyond. Also their honesty and straight talking is intergalactic. Defo 4.8 stars 🌟 🤩

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. The worst and most unprofessional letting agents yet!! We had called beforehand asking them to confirm our viewing to which they responded with a positive confirmation. We were on our way tried calling the agents, no response. Continuously kept trying to contact to no avail we travelled over 1.5 hours and no one responded. Arrived at property no agent around and again tried calling, to which YET AGAIN no response. Decided to drive round to their office. Extremely rude, and had told me they confused my number with someone else’s and that they would never give us a property like that. If you’re a POC would not recommend trying with them. Felt extremely disgusted with how they’ve treated me differentially.
Hi Sabbah, Having raised your concerns with the local team I am aware that you did make contact with the local team earlier in the day to confirm your appointment time and provide the branch with notice that you may be slightly late to the open house event. You were advised by the branch that this should not be of too much concern as viewings were continuing to 5pm with Azam, a member of the team, at the property till this time. As I am sure you will appreciate our teams can be busy at times, especially when staff are away from the branch facilitating viewings; which is why you are prompted to leave a voicemail if you are unable to gain an instant answer. After checking the branch's voicemail I have been advised that this is not something you opted to do. I am also aware that when you arrived at the office the local team did try and see if they could arrange with the current tenant for you to view the property later that day, however you opted to leave the branch in visible frustration before this could be arranged. Regarding your comment that the branch advised you that they would not have allowed you to rent the property you were interested in, this is denied by the branch as ultimately it is the Landlord who determines their next tenant. In short, whilst I am sorry you felt the need to write a negative review, I and the local team do wish you all the best in your property search and Our local team will continue to inform you of any further properties that may meet your requirements. GoogleCannot fault these lovely people! Professional yet caring. Helped me and my partner with our first move and we’re always on hand (and continue to be) for any questions or queries. All staff have been amazing and can’t thank them enough for putting up with my phone calls and emails!! Google“Our residential tenancy agreement with Ashton Burkinshaw in Maidstone is fast approaching its 14th anniversary. Naturally, over this considerable period of time there have been various staff changes in all departments, and it has been a pleasure dealing with them one and all. Whilst they have maintained a high standard of professionalism, it has been tempered with compassion when the odd difficulty has arisen. The staff have been approachable, and have a great understanding of the business that they are in. They have managed to continue the feel of a local service branch even though they are now part of a much larger organisation. The current Branch Manager, Emma Miller, has maintained, and might I say improved on, the standards set by previous managers with her enthusiasm and obvious love for her job combined with an in-depth knowledge of her industry. These are difficult times in residential letting and Emma is a credit to Ashton Burkinshaw in the way she conducts her business.

GoogleMe and my partner have had a really positive experience moving downstairs in our current block. Communication has been good and Yaz has gone out of her way to help us as much as she can. We hope to have Yaz deal with our queries in the future as she has been exemplary. I would also like to add that Phoenix has also been helping us and she is a credit to the business. She is so helpful and goes out of her way to get our queries answered.

He provided clear instructions for each step, which made the transition into my new property smooth and hassle-free. She then negotiated on my behalf with the landlord and kept in touch until I was able to secure it with a deposit.
