TrustpilotBrilliant service
I would definitely recommend Agnese at prospect as our property manager . She has very efficiently handled a variety of issues we have had at a property we let out . What I find makes Prospect different from other estate agents is that we have one dedicated property manager for our property who is aware of all the issues and there is a consistency of approach rather than dealing with a different person every time .

TrustpilotThey sold my house super quick!!
Great work from Michael and the team at Wokingham Prospect. Seamless from start to finish, and he continued to push my house sale through whilst I was going through some personal family stuff. If you want an honest bunch of people to sell your home please use Wokingham Prospect, you won't regret it!

TrustpilotI would recommend Prospect
I would recommend Prospect. They are a lot better than my previous agency, and are always prompt and professional. Sasha is great, cautious and professional. I should get her as my PA. My recent annual renewal went through smoothly and swiftly and I like the use of digital records, unlike the previous firm who always used post and paper records. I cannot comment on other reviews, but I am very satisfied for now

The service from Prospect has been excellent. From the start of the process from valuation, marketing has been slick and professional. A big thank you to Aimee who has given me regular updates and sometimes when needed a couple of times a day. Her cheerful and professional manner has made my selling process a joy. A big thank you to everyone that I have dealt with at Prospect. I would highly recommend using you.

TrustpilotBest Property Manager
I write this review not necessarily about the company, as they did what they were meant to do. I write this about one person in particular, who, with their kindness, empathy and reassurance made my experience wonderful. “Who is this person?” I hear you ask. Her name is Julie Jacob’s and Julie is the property manager. If you are a renter or landlord I hope you find your way to Julie.

TrustpilotHighly Recommended Letting Agents in Bracknell
We were genuinely impressed with Prospect Letting Agency having recently moved, especially with the complications of covid and the fact we needed to move at short notice. They were honest and super quick to arrange viewings. We were impressed by Anna who kept in constant communication, not just with us, but with the landlord and tenants too. In our experience not all agents in Bracknell are as open and transparent. Prospects were refreshingly straight forward. Thanks.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Jack from Prospect Maidenhead. He is an exceptional real estate agent who supported me on finding a new home, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, his support and dedication were evident. He communicated clearly and consistently, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. What impressed me most was his fairness and professionalism. He genuinely prioritized my needs, ensuring I found the perfect place that fit my criteria. It was clear that he was committed to helping me, which made the experience not only enjoyable but also successful. His expertise and positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. I truly believe that I wouldn’t be as happy with my new home if it weren’t for him. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further. He’s simply the best!

I would just to say thank you to Kodie Brooks for all that she has done for us in the past. Kodie went above and beyond most letting agents I have dealt with the past helping us both during the letting of the property and the check out. I would highly recommended Kodie Brooks and must say she is an asset to the Prospect Bracknell team.

Have had a very positive experience with Prospect Estate Agency and feel blessed to have found them. Staff are super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to let me return to potential rental properties numerous times to view, get measurements etc. They responded to any emails, phone calls or text requests very promptly and really take pride in their service. A person can also see that they have taken the time to ensure good, reliable and pleasant people work for them.

TrustpilotDo you want an honest, friendly professional to deal with your property search?
Whilst I didn’t end up buying a property through Prospect, Connor Brewer was one of the best people I met through this process. Out of all the emails I sent to many different agents, he responded first. He was professional, informative, patient(!) and completely understood my needs. I can’t thank him or recommend him enough. He is a star! I’d also mention that I certainly did not receive the same service from other Prospect offices!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Keith. Due to technical issues, it seems like our previous response has been removed from Google, so we apologise for the delay.
