I would highly recommend Reed Rains Macclesfield to anyone looking to sell a property in the area. The team were incredibly helpful, responsive and efficient throughout the whole process. As I don’t live locally, selling my auntie’s house, which I had inherited, could have been quite stressful, but James and the team made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. The house was sold and the sale completed within just 10 weeks of going on the market, which I was really pleased with. Communication was excellent throughout, and the team were always knowledgeable, professional and happy to help whenever I had a question. A big thank you to James and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The whole team at Reeds Rains were amazing from start to finish when selling our house. First meeting James and discussing options for selling I never felt any pressure, it always felt like everything was my choice and he was there to support and advise me. During the sale it felt like the whole team was behind us, whoever in the office answered the phone was always happy to help anyway they could and we never heard that they weren't on our case so didn't have an answer for us. Sue kept in regular contact with us keeping us up to date with everything as it developed and Lewis was always happy to help when we called the office, nothing ever felt like a hassle. During the sale we had some trouble with the house we were buying (not through Reeds Rains) but Jade was amazing and fought our corner for us ultimately saving the sale. It was so comforting in all the stress to know we had the Reeds Rains team behind us. Thank you!

Local Reeds Rains branch staff did their best to keep us informed during the whole process and it was only when other agencies - solicitors etc - got involved that we felt we were not kept as up to date on what was happening as we might be. I had a very positive experience with Reeds Rains Macclesfield from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend them. From the beginning they were professional and well prepared, with a good understanding of the local market. My sale was quite straightforward as I did not have a chain, however it proceeded very quickly and from putting my property on the market to completing on the sale was only 10 weeks (including Christmas!). The team offered helpful advice on the process and were excellent in providing prompt, and constructive, feedback after each visit. Whoever I spoke with, I found them helpful and well informed throughout the process. A particular thanks to Sue who provided a truly appreciated level of support during a difficult time.

I had a few valuations from various Estate Agents and decided to use Reeds Rains to sell my property. They were brilliant, friendly and professional from marketing to completion. The guidance from James to make my property more appealing for sale and the advertising lead to multiple offers, and my house was under offer within a couple of weeks. There were many hurdles to overcome during the process of the sale, but with Sue at the helm we were able to overcome them. She was brilliant through the whole process going above and beyond, dealing with the solicitors, mortgage lenders and buyers. We talked to a couple of estate agents for a no-obligation estimate for selling our house. The guidance given by James was very professional and knowledgeable of the current market situation. I felt completely at ease and confident that Reeds Rains were the right agents to sell our house. We were lucky to find a buyer almost immediately at a price that we were very happy with. The whole process was well managed with good levels of communication. I know that staff at Reeds Rains worked hard behind the scenes on our sale and facilitated communications for our onward rental and future purchase which is above and beyond their remit. They are a great team and clearly enjoy their work. I must give a special mention to Clare who deals with the tough rental market, who went above and beyond to help with finding a rental property as we hadn’t found the right property to purchase before completion. We cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the every first showing where they displayed a care for the property that no other agent had, to the tireless work of Jade, who just about stopped me from going full postal when the vendor lied about the property boundaries and didn't see an issue with it, absolutely every single experience has been one of absolute profesionalism and dedication.
