GoogleWe recently completed a very long, and stressful house sale, but I can honestly say that none of that was down to Holden and Prescott. Everybody that dealt with our sale were a pleasure to deal with, and were always readily available to speak to when we needed to- even throughout the pandemic they helped keep our sale moving as much as was possible. Whilst staff were furloughed, Martin Holden dealt with the sale from home so that we weren't left without help during a very uncertain time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future house sales as I think they genuinely care about their customers, and always want to help you make the best decisions for you and your circumstances, as opposed to just chasing sales like some estate agents are guilty of.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA professional and friendly team who we chose because we were selling an apartment in a development where they had previously sold many other apartments - they had the most experience. A high point of their service was weekly phone calls to update us on the progess of our sale. We were so pleased we took the office a case of wine to share after we completed as a thank you. An no, we are not friends or relatives, just regular customers.
