They were superb, and wonderfully efficient. I had a problem with the deed that needed altering when I sold my late mother's property. The builders dragged their feet, but Blunts kept on and on at them and hardly charged me anything for doing this! I was expecting a big bill based on all the phone calls, document changes and e-mails they had to do. Thanks so much for making this difficult time following my mother's death as easy as it possibly could be.

Absolutely appalling service; we were given different moving dates by different people and then told no such thing happened; suspicious fees, no compassion with reference times, even with a 1 year old in the hospital! We were treated like children and the service we received was almost like they were doing us a favour - the stereotype of letting agents really held up with this business, if it wasn't so upsetting and with one of us facing homelessness with a child as a result of them telling us the wrong date - it would be a fantastic premise for a comedy show. Landlords and prospective renters beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing and upsetting experience, go with another, less parasitic letting agent!

They were superb! Following my mother's death, I had to sell her apartment whilst overseas. There was a problem with the deed, and the builders dragged their feet. I highly recommend H&P. They were the most prepared and most knowledgable of all the estate agents who came to value the house. Their fees are competitive, they use a professional photographer for the online listings, and the staff were friendly and very responsive to queries. They also found us buyers immediately after the house going on the market. They might be great for landlords, but pretty subpar for prospective tenants. I had a property viewing organised which was let before I arrived. No one bothered calling me to cancel the viewing, and I only found out from revisiting the advert on the day. Super rude. Reply: Nope, you didn't do any of those things. The person I spoke to admitted fault, and said I'd have "first dibs" on the next place that came up. Pro-tip: "I'm sorry you didn't get the message" isn't actually an apology 😉

Not only were this agent completely incompetent at bringing any offers, their specialist subject was cancelled viewings and just shouting at me if I asked any questions that caught them out, for example ‘how are you here with the keys when there is a viewing at my property right now?’ Cue shouting. ‘Yes you have great online statistics but you haven’t sold my house so your statistics aren’t working for me’ Cue shouting. They rest on their laurels of being well established in the area, rather than just doing their job. I would never recommend this agent and would warn against their bratty misogynistic behaviour at all costs.
