GoogleOMG what can I say, total shambles of a company, house rented out for 2 years left in such a state, when questioned about it no explanation, Ariel to TV cut , Sky installed without permission, numerous items missing from the kitchen, Never went to check on the property in all the time it was let out. Charged the landlady to have the property cleaned when pictures sent of the state the house was in after they said it had been checked by them. realised the deposit without checking on the property and without landlords permission would not recommend this company to anyone Total waste of space, lack of knowledge of how to complete an itinerary and how to then check the itinerary when tenant leaves. BREACH OF CONTRACT all the way and they charge you £90 for the privilege !!!!!!!
We always appreciate feedback from our clients as it helps highlight any issues that need resolving. Regretfully however many references are undertaken, some tenants never respect a property as they should do. In this particular instance the tenant liaised directly with the Landlord on many of the issues raised including the cleaning and gave permission for the deposit to be released to the tenant. However to be honest, after two years of the property being rented, it certainly was not as spick and span as it was when it was first let out. The review was left by a relative who was not aware of the whole picture.

GoogleHolden and Prescott sold my house December 2023 and the service offered was excellent from the start of the process to completion. We had a brilliant experience with Jack the Branch Manager, his knowledge, experience and skills were top class and he was always available when required. From the first meeting with Jack you could tell that the attention to detail and knowledge of the local housing market was far and away better than other local Estate Agents who were given the opportunity to market our property. I would also like to say a huge thank you to the office team Harvey and Dan who organised the house viewings and kept me informed along the way. Excellent service from Holden and Prescott and I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleHolden & Prescott provided a helpful and professional service throughout the process, first with the brochure for the property and lastly with communicating with the various parties to keep things moving and updating us where it was difficult to do so due to all involved working full time. They also stuck with us when problems outside of our control came up, taking care to ensure potential buyers were rightly informed of the new development. All very personable people, it was easy to speak to everyone at the office. 100% would work with again.

Dear Steve. I agree that is extremely poor customer care however we do not seem to have your records on our system. Did you view with a partner. All the parties we had registered were notified that the property had been let. GoogleBest estate agent in Macclesfield!. Amazing team, super friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. The marketing material was excellent, valuation was spot on, so I sold my house very quickly. It was a challenge because it was the first resale in a new development, they did amazing. But three months in my buyer pulled out! I was so worried but Ben worked his magic and we sold it in 48 hours. Completion was smoothly and they hold your hand each step of the way. The owners are involved in the business all 7 days in the week and this makes a difference. Thank you Will, Ben, Tony and all the team and Holden & Prescott for everything you have done. All the stats on Rightmove show them as the best, and it is true.
