GoogleHolden and Prescott initially managed our property for letting and we found them to be superb, very responsive to any issues within the property and found excellent tenants each time. We also sold the property through them and, again, we were so impressed. We had lots of viewings from day one and they sold the property at asking price within 2 weeks ! Cant recommend them highly enough !

GoogleSadly had the the "pleasure" of encoutering a staff member / possibly the owner who knows of this company today. One of the most obnoxious persons I have ever come across in my life. We believe in giving honest and accurate advice and the property involved needed work and modernisation to be done prior to us being able to market it to find a suitable tenant. FacebookI have just bought my first house through Holden and Prescott. I was a property virgin with no idea what to do or expect but they made it very easy and stress free for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
