GoogleNot good for tenants, fully sided with Agent/Landlords. Won't agree to repairs not due tenant's action in contracts. Charges like £50 for checkout inspections, £25 for sending letters. if you are prospective tenant, please avoid Belvoir at all cost.

GoogleBelvoir Macc used to be so reliable, but unfortunately standards under new management have slipped significantly. Hopefully things will improve but as a landlord they're off my books for good.
