We put our house on the market with Loddon Properties at the end of April,Dawn who came out to see us was very helpful and professional,within three days we had an offer which we were more than happy with,we assumed from what we were told that funds and morgage were not a problem,this is what we thought so we decided to cancel the rest of our viewings,that was a mistake, at the end of may I went away for a week,during this time I received a phone call to state that the gentleman was no longer going to continue with the purchase,this is over a month from the initial offer as he had no morgage, I would have assumed that we would have been informed a little bit earlier than this ,we had a lady named Marion who was to keep us up to date,with what was going on, laugh.We put the house back on the market and we again we had an offer very quickly,My wife being an ex accountant likes to dot the eyes and cross the Ts, Everytime we phoned to speak to Marion in the four months that the house took to sell I think we spoke to her maybe 4 times in the end my wife who had been dealing with everything did not want to speak to Marion,so I myself got involved, I was not happy at all with the communication that we had with Loddons, My wife had more communication with Tori at Elite conveyancing, if it was not for her we would have pulled out of the sale,she went that extra mile so Loddons should count themselves very lucky, also Matt who acted on behalf of Wilford Smith Solicitors,was also very helpful. I wish I had read the reviews before going with Loddons, To put it in a nutshell, Lack of communication which I feel let them down badly, the only people that seem to do there job properly is Pedro and Richard. . ,Pedro even apologised on behalf of somebody else, when it was not his fault. We are now in our new home after a very stressful process. No thanks to Loddons.

Very pleased with the service provided by Loddon. Lyle and Neil have been especially helpful organising a move for me in a very short time frame with minimal hassle or fuss. I gave Lyle an idea of what I was looking for and he gave me options all of which were suitable. I picked one and everything happened for me without much input which I was very thankful for. I am very please with my new home in Churchill Place and would recommend Lyle and the team to friends and family for a simple and guided transaction when renting a new home.

Wow! Absolutely brilliant service and a very welcome and refreshing change from the usual response of most. An estate agent that actually does what they say and with a smile. Lyle was extremely helpful, knowledgable and genuinely interested; the property of a high standard as well and the follow up with paperwork easy and efficient and well explained. After checking out several agents and after temporarily listing with another local agent we moved our property to Loddon and are so happy we did. They took all the stress out of our sale, promptly keeping us updated about viewing appointments by phone and then by email and called us as soon as 'the offer' came in and after we accepted Pedro kept us fully updated throughout the 'progression' stage and has helped time and time again with any issues, nothing has been too much trouble. !! Zara was also amazing and undertook most of the viewings, one day I was running behind and I think had also misunderstood the time of the appointment, doorbell rings... Its Zara all ready for the viewing in 5 minutes, meanwhile Im panicking and cleaning like crazy. Within seconds Zara was buzzing round helping me do the last little bits of polishing, hiding the hoover and mop out of site, fluffing the pillows. This was just one of the little 'loddon differences' which make it very easy to recommend them to friends and anyone looking to sell their property.

Pictures were not run by me before posting (which were not good) and were taken by an agent rather than a photographer, as the photographer only works certain days. (Photography was done again following complaint). Advert was worded terribly with bad spelling and grammar. This was changed once I'd pointed it out. 1 member of staff who was young and very full of herself found it appropriate to argue with me whilst I aired my frustration (putting another client on hold to argue her point whilst I was in the middle of discussing it with another staff member) On moving day the agent called me telling me to hand over keys 2 hours earlier than we had previously arranged/agreed - telling me that I was no longer the legal owner. All in all I felt that this agent made my experience more stressful than it needed to be.

When we first started letting through Loddon they were fantastic. Everything was very smooth and efficient and we were happy to recommend their services. Then the lady in charge of lettings left and since then it has been a nightmare. Dealing with this company is ridiculous and you come away from every interaction wondering just how disorganized it must be. While there are legitimate reasons agents need access to your property while you are not there in some circumstances, Loddon like to insist they can 'pop in' whenever they like and give your key out to other contractors without checking with you first which they continue to do even after we've stressed our discomfort about it (being just out of the shower and finding a strange man in your house who you had no idea was coming doesn't exactly make you feel safe in your home). Perhaps my favourite example of dealing with them though has to be the fact that I was threatened with being reported to my landlord for 'refusing inspection' when I asked if we could rearrange said inspection for the day after they'd scheduled it. Reported a leak and was told I could expect a plumber in a couple of days but they didn't know when and the couple of days came and went. It's such a shame that a company that started with so much promise now just seems so inept.

We have known Loddon Properties since 2015 when we rented a house from them and having an experience with renting properties they made a excellent impression. We first met with Lyle who was excellent in helping us choose a renting house. They were always available, helpful, polite with a great smile and we were impressed how they managed the house we were renting. In 2019 when we decided to sell our house (3 years old house) we first used estate agents recommended by our property developer and we were very unhappy with them, finally we turn once again to Loddon Properties to help us sell the house and that’s when we realise why they are so successful. From the moment that Dawn stepped in our house to value the property all our stress went away. Her professionalism and guidance made things so easy and stress free. Her entire team was brilliant from taking amazing photos to market the house and then the marketing campaign and the whole process was so smooth and easy.
