GoogleThe team were fantastic from start to finish. Dawn kindly arranged for the photographer to come out the same day as the house was valued so I didn’t have to re tidy the house on another date to have the pictures done (big help when you work full time and have messy young children!). Photographer was quick and moved things around to ensure the pictures came out well. He also ensured that everything was put back in its original place before he left.Within 8 hours of deciding to sell we were live on right move with pictures. Around a week later we had an open day and the house was sold. Three offers had been made each offer was vetted and explained to us thoroughly prior to us choosing which one to accept. Throughout the rest of the communication from the team was amazing there were constant updates. Jayne specifically went above and beyond round the houses to get updates and get things moving when our buyers tricky personal circumstances led to them almost pulling out of the purchase. Brilliant experience all round if only the estate agents we dealt with on the purchase of our new property were as efficient, reliable and helpful as Loddon Properties

GoogleI recently moved in as a tenant to one of the properties looked after by Loddons, and honestly, I can’t rate the experience any higher! From the get go they have been so kind and helpful (considering this is my first ever time moving out, I was asking a lot of questions). Any time I’ve had any question they’ve always been so helpful. Any faults or issues that I’ve had have been solved so efficiently and without any stress. Whether that be with parking, interactions with other tenants, windows and answering general queries, they have just been so helpful with all of it. The landlord as well is great, I’m so lucky to have a landlord like I do. Makes me feel like they only have good landlords in their portfolios. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fitted locks as instructed by Loddon properties on 4/5/26 invoice number 7890 they are now refusing to pay and ghosting all communications. I have now sent them a formal letter stating legal proceedings which is very disappointing 😞.

GoogleThis agency does not look after the tenants. We were left with a window that didn’t shut in the bedroom for the entire winter. We also regularly had issues with the toilets, showers leaking through the ceiling, loose taps and dodgy boilers. These issues took months to fix and the feedback was that the house was rented to me in an imperfect condition which was reflected in the price (£1450 pcm) is not cheap. Now that I’m moving out they wish to deduct £600 from my deposit, the worst I’ve ever been quoted for cleaning and touch ups. This is not the first time I’ve read in the reviews that the deposit charges are unreasonable. Everything is settled in favour of the landlord.

GoogleMoving house is sooooo stressful! The Lodden estate agents were friendly and down to earth and they sold my flat in under a week. In the 3 months that followed, Jayne Gaskin kept me sane and went over and above her role to chase everyone involved in the chain. I'm not really a review-writer, but Jayne deserves this shout out as my sale was unnecessarily complicated and I'm not convinced I'd have completed in 12 weeks if not for her! Thanks Jayne :-)

GoogleI am a first time buyer so I feel lost and stressful when buying a house in UK. It’s my first time to know about what the chain property is as I have not experienced before. However, I met a Sales Progressor, Jayne Gaskin, who is very patient and helpful to me. I had no idea about how long I have to wait for the chain so it’s difficult for me to decide whether to extend my lease. Jayne is here to give suggestions to me and listen to my anxiousness. I really appreciate her and she is very responsive too. The service is really good and highly recommended to my family.

GoogleReally Terrible Service - The agency cancelled my original viewing - that is fine I appreciate that Tenants may not be available - they then requested to move my viewing to a day that I was not available - I agreed to a virtual viewing instead. The Virtual viewing link was never sent to me. When phoning the office to find out where my viewing link is, I was informed that the property was let. Do not agree to virtual viewings as apparently the files are too big to send...

Google🆘️🆘️🆘️The most terrible agency. I waited 4 weeks for a house. I sent them everything they asked of me. 1 personal account statement (6 months) income 50k per year. 1 business account statement (6 months). reference from the last owner with 5 stars. Guarantor details (employee with 42k per year) . everything everything And then they tell me that you don't fit our criteria and I don't receive the Deposit Holder (£300) either. Run away from this agency, they are happy for £300 🤷🆘️🆘️🆘️😡😡😡😡😡😡

GoogleAt the beginning and during the tenancy everything was fine. But as soon as we decided to leave the property they tried to deduct as much as possible from our deposit. They were very misleading with the information regarding the return of the deposit, stating several times that it would take up to 12 weeks if we decided to dispute their deductions. What they (intentionally) omitted is that the amount that they agreed to return would be payed straight away, regardless of the amount in dispute. My advice to anyone having similar issues with them is to reject any proposed deduction and go through the DPS adjudication process, as you have nothing to loose. It is a shame they only care about money, I will not use them again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing! 5 star service and no doubt about it! Me and my partner are first time renting and I couldn't of picked a better Estate Agent to go with. Carla and Marion were just OUTSTANDING, and helped us the whole way through. They were always just a phone call away for any queries or questions. Julie was so kind in our one or two exchanges, that you Julie! As is the case for Louis and Marion. However, in all fairness, Carla is an absolute star when working with tenants. We had an issue where we, unfortunately, had to request early termination on a house myself and my partner loved. Carla was understanding and empathetic, and really worked with ourselves and our landlord to finalise the end of our lease. Thank you so so much, Carla!

I found the whole sale was easily achieved with their professionalism in acting for me, always friendly and courteous. Dawn Berends was extremely helpful. I would like to thank the entire team for helping us buy the property, a lot of effort was put in with our complex situation.
