GoogleWas promised a new sofa once we moved in, when asked about it, it was either being ordered, or it will come soon, or they'll contact us once it arrives. Of course it never arrived.
Left the house in a clear and beautiful state, still had 60% of my deposit taken.
Do not get fooled by their friendliness, as after you sign the contract that changes massively.

I am very sad to hear that you and your friend who did not live in the property but also left a 1 star review feel this way. The issue is that you left brought a pet cat into the property without the consent of the landlord or the agency. The cat had fleas and infected the property causing the new tenants lots of distress. The property was not left clean and tidy like how you found it at the start of the tenancy. Photographs of the property were shown to you on how the property was given to you at the start of the tenancy and when you left the property. This was the reason for the deduction from your deposit.
Apart from this you were great tenants. It is so sad that we both have been left with a sour taste in our mouths due to the cat indiscretion on your part.

GoogleLuton Heights Lettings has got to be the best lettings agency I have had the pleasure to do business with. They helped find a home for me and my family that was suitably located and in excellent condition. The care, help and support that we received throughout our one year stay at the property was second to none. Had I not relocated towns due to work reasons I would never have moved out of the property. Had I needed to move within the Luton area I would not have gone to another agent.

GoogleI rang up everyday of the week interested in a property. The manager was off the whole week was told I had to veiw after the video veiwing. Was told a group veiwing would be set up on Monday. However Monday I received. Rang up they didn't pick up. nothing and then it was let that afternoon. Terrible customer service and unresponsive and I think it must've been let to someome personally known.

GoogleI've had bad reviews from friends regarding Luton Heights estate agency, about how the communication between them delays certain things, on how long it takes to get something fixed and even how pricy things are for the quality of the services. I still tried to go there and rent a room, and I was told I didnt have to pay straight away (even though I was willing to do it to keep the room) and that they were gonna keep it for me. Well three hours later and I got a massage saying it was taken. What a f*** joke. Not using them again, thats for sure!

GoogleDire service! Hadn't really had a problem with them until I vacated the property. The past week has been full of empty broken promises, constant chasing for answers, rude and very unprofessional encounters. The 'team' do not communicate very well with each other and their customers. My last phone call consisted of being belittled and argued with by on of the team members who was very poor at listening and insisted on talking over me. The phone call finally ended with the owner cutting the phone off on me. I experienced a very unprofessional encounter today with this letting agency. Before today I had had a positive experience with them, however, I have never been made so feel so inferior, belittled and embarrassed. For this reason I wish I could rate them -5 stars.

Please be advised once again that you were asked to leave the property as there were several complaints of drug use in Room 1 by the other residents.
Upon the final inspection there were drug bags in the room and the room was not left in the condition that it was given. Despite this we invited you back to clean the room and refunded you the full deposit.
