GoogleHad the most unpleasant experience possible with this agency. They rob you off your deposit whilst making any excuse just to take your money. I do not recommend this agency to anyone, they pretend all nice and helpful until you sign the contract then they ignore you with any requests. In the end they rob you off your deposit. GoogleLuton Heights seem all nice and very helpful and friendly when you move in, however once you sign the contract they forget about you and the promises they make to you, and at the end of the contact they overcharge you and try to take away as much of the deposit as possible. DO NOT RECCOMMEND

On one instance i delayed informing the agent ,that the property i had given them to let out had been let out by a multiple agent, as i was away that particular week i delayed informing Luton Heights hence the misunderstanding

GoogleAbsolutely unprofessionl and amature team. Went there to let a house but even after agreeing to let it took them 3 days to send paperperwork. and when i call in to pay deposit says property is gone. Jokers
