Called to VIEW a property on behalf of my client looking for a home, then the lady in lettings completey misunderstood and was a little abrupt and rude like I'm trying to take a whole property on somebodies name to live in myself!! My client has every intention of viewing the house HE moves into with HIS family OBVIOUSLY. We would hope this company maybe appreciated the fact working professionals dont have free time to window shop and leave work at 11am and can allocate others to make the first step. But hey, not everybody knows how to work professionally. I highly recommend staff get better training

Unprofessional and discriminatory! I viewed a newly renovated property during the weekend just gone and submitted a very decent offer the following Monday morning. I didn’t hear back from them for a week, when I rang the office in order to obtain an update, I was told the person looking after the property was on the phone and would call me back in 30mins. This didn’t happen so I rang back and was told that the person looking after the property was never in the office and that he was off for a few days. Game players!! The property has allegedly been sold now (surprise surprise) and I wasn’t given an opportunity to counter any offers put in. I put in a complaint and then received a call from their office manager in the Stopsley branch. He called to say that my details were stuck in an inbox and that is why my offer was not considered. He then went onto explain that he did his ‘due diligence’ and contacted the estate agents responsible for managing the sale of my property to gain information about the status of my sale. This is a breach of data protection as this was done without my consent, if the property had been sold why was there any need to do due diligence? He then went on to imply that I have made an offer that I cannot afford and put into question the validity of the sale of my property. If you are developers I wouldn’t use these guys at all, they are unprofessional and discriminatory in their selection of potential buyers. I will be taking the breach of data protection further as this information was obtained from my estate agent under the guise that I would potentially be buying a property which they stated had already been sold!!

I would not recommend this agency to even my worse enemies. They talk the talk but can not walk the walk. Their sales progression team is more like sales regression and is absolute joke and offers no support to the seller and as a result of their complete inability to do their job we have no buyer lost the house we were buying and out of pocket by several thousand pounds in legal fees. This agency is an absolute joke.

My family and I had an appointment with Indigo at 5:45pm Friday 16th November to view a flat. So my family and I traveled during rush hour from London to Luton to view the Flat, we arrived there 5:30pm and waited outside the property as 2 separate tenants were viewing the property before us. Seems like the agent booked everyone to view the flat in the allocated time slot between 5:30 - 5:45. So when it struck 5:45pm (for our appointment) we ring the flat at the intercom to be told by the current tenants living there that the estate agent had already left the premises. We rang the agent many times on the office number to let them know we were still waiting outside. Finally after many missed calls we get through to them to be told the property is gone. We traveled and suffered to come up the M1 during rush hour to be told "sorry". All they could say was "sorry it was human error", but there was no attempt to re- re correct the issue or offer some alternatives. Basic customer skills went out the window, especially after doing a client so dirty like that. It's all about the money for some agents. Some ruthless scum, so, so greedy, there is no humanity / ethics with these guys.

Purchased through Indigo. Professional, well organised and friendly service and staff. Was none of the ridiculous high pressure sales-feel that you get with other agents (two major, long established chains spring to mind). The recommended solicitors (Machins) were excellent throughout and I barely needed to chase anything. If anything, I was the slow mover. I would have every confidence to sell with them as I think potential buyers would have a more comfortable viewing experience.
