GoogleHighly recommend Indigo Residential.. Friendly staff with excellent service and communication. Julie was amazing, she went over and above to ensure our completion date. Matt ans rest of the team were always there at the end of the phone and nothing was too much bother. 10/10 service.

FacebookI could not recommend Indigo and particular Julie Osborn enough. We put our house on the market in March 2021, in the height of the stamp duty housing market frenzy. All solicitors and estate agents were extremely busy however with the service we received, you would have never of known it. From start to finish Indigo were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, were polite, gave good feedback etc. Unfortunately towards the end of our sale, we had some issues with our buyer, nothing to do with anything Indigo had done, sometimes you just don’t pick the nicest buyers for your house! The situation was incredibly stressful as we were growing ever close to the end of June Stamp Duty deadline for both our sale and purchase. Julie went over and above to negotiate the situation for us, she called us in her own time, every night for 2 weeks, until the issue was sorted, to ensure we were kept fully up to date and relieve some of the stress we were feeling each day, she was amazing. I have no doubt that without her, the chain would have collapsed. We also used Indigos recommended Solicitors, Smithfield Partners and again, we were extremely happy with their service, they were always contactable and responded to query’s quickly, kept us up to date and really pushed our sale and purchase through in the relevant time. We would not hesitate to recommend Indigo and their services to all of our friends and family in the future and have already done so.

GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to the Stopsley team at Indigo Residential! They were absolutely amazing with the sale of my house, it was such a daunting move for me but everyone at this office has made the whole experience absolutely amazing. They sold my house so quickly and got me a fantastic price, they were professional all the way through constantly keeping me updated! Julie is an absolute credit to this company, she constantly kept me updated and was always there to help when I needed. Phil and Jack were also fantastic, Phil came out for the original valuation, he was very professional and gave me some fantastic advice, which unfortunately I can't say the same for other agents I had out. Jack was always very professional on his viewings and punctual, I was always updated with feedback. Hopefully I don't need to move again for a while but if I did I would not hesitate in using Indigos services again and would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again to you all, you were all amazing!

GoogleEverything started in March when we finally decided to actually start looking for a house and book viewings. My sister sent me a link with the house we bought and more others. But this particular one I really liked as it had the loft conversion. I've sent an email to say I'm interested and next day Jack sent me an email with the dates and times I can come to see it. He even sent me more options in case I'm not decided. Jack helped us even after we bought the house as we needed some info regarding some stuff and he helped us straight away. Great customer service, nicely impressed. Tom was the person whom showed us the house and he was the one whom made us decide to start the mortgage application. Great sales man 👍👍 very helpful, confident and friendly Darren was our mortgage broker, he helped us a lot, without him I don't thing everything was looking and be that easy anymore. Thanks Darren for being so patience with us and explaining everything so well. Julie was the person who kept us in touch with all the procedures and all the steps made. Very helpful and very involved person. Very happy with her skills in communication and customer service. John was the person who helped us with the documents and the home insurance quotes. Any inquiries I had he emailed me back with an useful answer. And last but very important our solicitor Brendan Cahill from Taylor Walton who made the things happen very fast. He provided us with all the info needed and more. A big team helped to buy 1 house. (how great it's that? To know you really count and someone really cares about your needs) Every single person was lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Without them will not have today the house we live in. The house which I'm very happy with and I consider it the most perfect house. ❤️❤️ I can't thank you guys enough for your efficient efforts in making this happen. I'm highly recommend this team and this agency as for us they've been the best!!! A big well done to all of you! Thank you for being great! Carmina and Cezar ❤️

GoogleWe have just bought our first home, completing an entire 5 months after we made our offer! After being thoroughly messed about by our mortgage provider in every way possible, I'm sure if it had been any other estate agent, we would have lost the house. Our Sales Progressor Julie trusted me completely, kept me in the loop with where everything was, and I'm sure must have had to do a lot of work to persuade the sellers to stick with us. When I needed to rant about the things that were going wrong, Julie just listened and empathised, and when I was fully expecting to be told the sellers were going with someone else, Julie saw it through to the end and made sure we got our house! A special mention to Steven also, he was the estate agent who first showed us around the property. He was professional, friendly and honest, we were looking at a very rundown house, but instead of trying to sell it as something it wasn't, he joined in with us in conversations about our visions of it's potential. The fact there was someone else there that thought we could turn it into something special was a fabulous selling point. A big thank you to Steven and Julie!

FacebookWow! House sold within 6days, a lot of problems with buyers solicitors and had I have gone with any other estate agent I’m sure I would have lost the house i was purchasing. But many thanks to Julie who was absolutely amazing, just for having to listen to me everyday, twice a day for the last two months and was able to pull it out the bag 3days before Xmas! In a known location with everything I wanted - the process was long but I was kept up to date with all progress. As a first time home owner Michelle answered all my queries and advised me so well, she was always a phone call or email away. The team have been great I received first class service and Result!!! Will be moving in soon and super excited.

I would especially like to shout out Phil and Jack for their patience with all of the viewings and helping us select the right home. And I would especially like to thank my wing woman Julie who has been by far the best sales progressor i've encountered to date. Her tenancy and relentlessness to help get our (not so straight forward) purchase to completion has not gone unnoticed and me and my partner are beyond grateful.
