Tom Trew worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues for us and when above and beyond what we had ever experienced before and sorted everything out. Brad and the team at Ampthill gave excellent service from the start of the process. They listened to our wishes and advised appropriately, managed the viewings and ensured we got feedback. All basic you may think but that hadn’t been our experience with other agents. Three weeks after putting the house on the market we had an offer! We had an extremely difficult chain and Brad navigated this brilliantly and went above and beyond to ensure we got to exchange. This is the first time we’ve used an estate agent and actually been content that they really did earn the fee! Would definitely recommend.

Lack of transparency and misleading

Dealt with Lottie and Gareth and was constantly given different stories about the same property, first a family member buying, then someone else, then the neighbours, then suddenly it was sold. Very misleading and lacking transparency. Would not recommend.

Appalling service from indigo Stopsley, many many reasons for this. Would not advise to sell your house through them! Everything is so difficult for them to do, even as little as keeping you in the loop of things/ contacting you back regards your house. Ignoring emails, utter rudeness from this estate agents. (No time to help anybody)!

I am extremely impressed with the service my partner and I received from Indigo Residential. We purchased our first home with them and had such a pleasant experience with the estate agents specifically. From viewing up to sales negotiation Charlie and Julie were both perfect. Charlie was both friendly and informative and was dedicated to finding us our dream home. Julie, who we dealt with later in the process provided exceptional customer service, was extremely professional and reassuring and I can't thank them both enough. After the loss of our Mother, the thought of dealing with her house sale felt daunting. Matt and his team at Stopsley, made the whole process very straight forward. In an easygoing/polite/professional and positive way. Even after the disappointment of the first buyers pulling out after 10 weeks. Alys immediately arranged 7 viewings the following day. 3 offers were received within days, and the buyers moved in within 9 weeks. We took Indigos advice ( Bobby ), on the best offer to proceed with. Julie kept us constantly up-to-date with the sale process, and new the answers to any questions raised. I would highly recommend Indigo/Stopsley.

However, upon receipt of the invoice it transpired a fixed sum had been entered in the contract at 1% on the asking price, not the final sale price of the property which in our case was less. We were advised there was a dedicated person available to keep us updated on progress. This was certainly not the case. We received extremely minimal communication throughout the entire 16 weeks it took for our chain-free sale to complete. The small amount of communication we did receive was often not accurate and frankly, not very professional. I certainly would not recommend Indigo Residential.

Very poor Comms. Booked a viewing for 8.45am, received no confirmation, no floor plan when requested. Decided to visit anyway. No one showed up. Office wasn't even open at that time. Called at 9am, they said they'd send someone right away. 15 minutes later, still no Comms. Called again and apparently someone is coming. We even called the day before to request a confirmation. Have a word with your staff please.
