GoogleDealt with Bodie from Haart, professional from start to finish. Bodie done great photographs of the flat, found me a fantastic tenant quickly, referencing and paper work completed in a matter of days. Service has been second to none!

GoogleI wish I could give a 0 star for their service. Called 5 times in a raw to request a view in Luton. They will always say that they will get back to you but never return with an answer. Worst service I have ever received. I hope people choose a different agency but not haarts!!!!

GoogleI don't think so it's even worth 1 star very lazy irresponsible and unprofessional staff advertised property 3 months ago and I have called 5 times in a week to arrange a viewing but got the same answer every time that someone will call but unfortunately no one called me back yet whoever is advertising their properties with them I will suggest that choose penrose property and don't waste any timeNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKitty at Haart has been fantastic agent. I had significant damage from water leak from adjacent flat, and she has helped re-house tenant, correspond with insurance company and freeholder, and coordinate builders. Could not have gotten through this without her!

GoogleThe worst people ive seen in my entire life, they dont care about anything, you have to call them over 50 times per day just to answer the phone and not speak with you, they put huge amount of prices on houses that look awful and they dont even care, they talk with you good till you pass them the money and sign the contract, after that you just have to deal with the problems, cause they dont give a sh!t. DONT USE THIS AGENCY!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
